There is a science to eating at this location. If you go here after lunch and dinner rushes you will get the best sandwich of your life. If you go during the rush, you will get a sandwich quickly, but quality will have dropped a fairly noticeable amount.

I have to say, after a rough experience, it’s been a few years since I’ve been in. Today, the two ladies working absolutely killed it. I ordered a large Hero, and it is one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever gotten in this state. Wow! My wife got the smokehouse and potato soup, and she said they were amazing as well. I wish we had caught the two ladies names who worked today, 2/22 at 3:45 pm, but they were amazing. Food was perfect, the service was friendly, fast, and just an all around amazing experience. We will be back many times.

Got home and realized breads were on wrong sandwiches and toppings also on wrong sandwiches. They switched the meats between sandwiches. Came back got orders remade. Got home realized no pickles were included in replacements. Tried ti leave feedback on their website and got error each time I tried.

Waited over an hour for a sandwich and fries. I ended up walking out. I will be in to talk to the manager tomorrow to get a full refund. This is total BS. Do not go to this restaurant. I was not the only one who walked out or waited over an hour for a sandwich.!!!!!!!

I ordered it to go order for a French dip with french fries when I got home with my order I discovered that the french fries had been left off the order. When I decided to call I got answered with an AI prompt that when asked to redirect to the store hung up on me. Mistakes happen but having no way to call and rectify those mistakes is a major issue

Love the food, hate the A.I. phone ordering. Phoning my order was faster than using the app, now phoning takes longer than the app. Even longer if you wait to talk to a real person. I think Firehouse has reached a point where the food may not be worth the order hassle. A.I. misspelled the name, and there is no way to keep that pickle spear out of the box. Train good people and ditch the AI.

Went and ordered food for a family of 4, ate in the resturant, went back to order this brownie only to be told I should have ordered it with my food because I would have to spend a minimum of $3 more to even order the brownie. Nowhere on the sign does it say anything about minimum purchase necessary or anything about must be ordered with meal. The employee was extremely rude explaining this too and all she could tell me was that I had to spend more money and then I could order the brownie.
