Years ago were used to eat here weekly because we worked very close. Tried it again yesterday when we were in the area and my gosh this place has gone downhill. The food is terrible and the rice tasted like dirty city water. Very disappointing to say the least. We were extremely excited to try the food again and ended up throwing 90% of it away. The portions have also shrunk considerably. You are better off going to Panda Express the food is better and you get a bigger portion for less money. Unfortunately this seems to be a repetitive pattern at all eateries these days the food and quality tanks while prices raise.
I forgot to mention the chicken in one of the meals was RAW AND SLIMEY! Very unacceptable.

Inside Bashas. BBQ Pork is Awesome. Best I’ve ever tasted. Very addicting. It’s better to get it to go then eat inside a Bashes Lobby.

I am an Uber and Lyft driver who drive around Phoenix metro. I always go to Rice garden when I am in Scottsdale. The food is very good and the customer service is excellent. The food price is reasonable too. I will recommend them.

Inside the Bashas. Slow service-as in, I had to hunt down someone. Meh food. And I couldn’t actually even find the “Rice Garden.” It was just burritos and fried chicken under a heat lamp. Would not recommend.

We really wanted to like this, this place is so close to me. Unfortunately the egg drop soup smelled and tasted like dirty dish water, the chicken chow mein and orange chicken tasted like old burned oil. The food did not leave us feeling good. Not good.
