⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic experience at RICE!
I had dinner at RICE tonight and everything was amazing.
I ordered the shrimp Pad Kee Mow, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve had!
Packed with flavor and perfectly cooked.
I also tried the curry puffs and they were delicious with the perfect crisp and filling.
My server Nikki was wonderful! Super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better.
Definitely recommend RICE if you’re craving great Thai food and great service!

First, customer service is very good. They are smiling, respectful, courteous.
They also gave us free soup while waiting. Which I love and it is a very healthy warming soup. Reminds me of home.
For the food we ordered:
Crab Rangoon – we love it ⭐️
Green Curry – the sauce is not thick.. not sure if a coconut milk was added to it since that should make it thick. Not a fan of it. But maybe it is a different variation of what we are used to.
Fresh Spring Rolls – It is okay. However i hope they offered the nuoc mam dipping sauce.
Pad Thai – They have the perfect taste of what I was looking for! However, i feel they lack been sprouts, cilantro and onion/garlic chives. I cannot see the egg as well.
Sticky Rice with Custard – It is good!

The only things I would mention to be aware of is the table on the right as you enter next to the counter is very close to a lot of customer traffic. Seems they do as much or more take out than dine in and the soda is purchased by the can.

By far, the best Thai / Asian food we’ve ever had! A great hole in the wall but gem of restaurant in the small town of Kings Mountain, NC. Ate ourselves silly on the chicken/ beef hibachi and Sukhothai Tom Yum soup before hiking at Crowders Mountain. Can’t wait to come back!

Saw the great reviews and decided to give it a try. Lots of noodle dishes, pho and curry. Gyoza was good. Hubby had #41 — he can’t remember what it was called. He liked the abundance of protein and was pleased that he didn’t have to add his own spice. I had the green curry. She warned me it was medium spice. I didn’t think it was too overly spiced at all. Chicken was tender. Egg drop soup was pretty good too. Overall great food. The place was packed for lunch so I’m assuming others like it too. Looks like they do take away. We’ll be back. Recommend give it a try! Also service was great!

Staff were very friendly and the menu had a large selection! I love the appetizer soup they bring you before your main course and the fried wontons were EXCEPTIONAL! I will definitely be back. If your sensitive to spice definitely let them know Thai HOT is a lot different than your typical SPICY the staff were very helpful when asking what to order and how much heat to ask for! Definitely give this place a try!!

The menu offers a wide variety of options to suit different preferences. Additionally, the gentle sounds of jazz music create an inviting atmosphere as guests enjoy their chosen entrées.

The restaurant is small, but very clean and pleasant, the people are so nice and friendly and the food is delicious! We always get Pad Thai and have enough for lunch the next day. We live about 20 miles away but glad to have found a great Thai restaurant worth the drive.
