We stopped in to grabbed what is usually a great side of delicious chili cheese fries, with onions. What we got was a half empty container of fries, with very little chili, cheese or onions. This we didn’t find out till we got home. Your service and food quality has been steadily going down hill. I don’t know what the problem is, but you need to up your game, or will just end up another empty building, what was once a great establishment.
They had no ice, no ice cream, gave us the wrong drink, no chili and short us order of French fries. When we told them about the fries, they tried to hand it to us in the fries container, not in a bag, we we’re in Drive through

Food is delicious, but several times my order ahead requests have been mixed-up/incorrect. Burgers with mixed up toppings. Not the end of the world but I wonder if it’s because I’m ordering online instead of in person

Got food poisoning immediately after eating here. I had to go to the hospital and have been out of work for three days because of it. This was a horrible experience — I’ve never had food poisoning before, and it’s definitely not something I’d ever want to go through again. Missed 3 days of work and $1,700 hospital visit later. Extremely disappointed and concerned about the food safety here.

We showed up at 9pm on a Wednesday night. The store closes at 10 pm. The cashier was slow and could not answer what toppings came on certain sandwiches without asking. While we were eating they started to put all chairs in resturant? I took a picture to prove this with time stamp. We felt uncomfortable, like they wanted us to leave at 9:30pm.

Good food, but somewhat expensive for the small portions. We enjoyed it, though, and will probably be back at some point, maybe not too often because of the prices. But it’s nice to have a Freddy’s nearby.
