This was a month or so ago but I’ve decided to leave a review now. The employees are nice but not always attentive to portion sizes or aware of waiting customers. As you see from the picture— this was the two meat plate for almost $18. The toast was good, the sides were full. However, as I only ordered pulled pork & pulled pork both of my two meats, I was ripped off. The rest of additional items/meals in the order itself were complete and had plenty of meat. I may come back to this place some day because the food is good and things are not always perfect. But that is yet to be determined.

The food wasn’t bad, portions a little small for the price but the taste was good. The poor service ruined the visit though, drinks never getting refilled and being able to see our waiter leaning against the wall on his phone. Went to pay and then waited 5 minutes for them to track down our waiter because I guess he’s the only one who can check us out? If you have a decent waiter, could be a good place to eat but I won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

We ordered a smoked chicken plate with french fries, and coleslaw and a hamburger with fries. We were told they ran out of potatoes because they were too busy to make more. The restaurant was mostly empty. The smoked chicken was dry, which was disappointing because the other Rib Cribs that I have been to have had great smoked chicken. I was brought the wrong side with my meal as well. The service was slow despite the restaurant being almost empty. I could hear the waitresses talking in the front amongst themselves. We needed refills on our tea and had to get up before we were served.

Very nice waitress stayed on top of things got a good tip in the end. She kept my drinks full and anything we needed. She was right there very kind and friendly.

My son took me here for my birthday because this is my favorite place. The hostess was not polite. Told us there would be a wait. Ok we waited 30 minutes and more than 18 people left and we were never offered a seat. Granet there were six of us but 3 of them were under 7. And we could have set in a booth like we have a thousand times before. But not today. They wouldn’t hear of it. So we left and won’t be back for awhile.

Was looking for a good place to eat while out of town for work so I ordered the two meat plate for $26 which the brisket was an extra ($3.00). This is all I got. Beyond upset cause no way 5 slices of brisket and a maybe a two finger pinch of pulled pork is worth $30 after tax.

I called an ordered redneck nachos for take out. When I called my phone was on speaker, my partner was able to hear what was being said. When I get there to pick them up, I noticed the ticket reads “smoking chicken nachos”. When I ask her about it, she said yes I thought you heard me clarify that we don’t have redneck nachos anymore. She absolutely did NOT specify. I would have not even gotten food from RibCrib had I known they didn’t make my nachos anymore. And please don’t lie and say you clarified. When you know you did not.

Checked on me once. Didn’t confirm my order. Once my order arrived it was wrong, the server left immediately. Twenty minutes later I finally had someone to help, they acted disgusted that I had an issue. Simple math and customer service goes a long way. Bland nothingness isn’t cool. Thanks
