New management? My most recent experience at Rib Crib was far below sub-standard. Smoked chicken salad had maybe 2 oz of chicken, served in a stainless steel bowl that was 3 sizes too large and the wait staff never checked on us even once.

This is my favorite BBQ place. I fell in love with the ribs here. They are fall off the bone and the hot BBQ sauce is my absolute favorite. I had an icecream sandwich which made me feel like a giant. This is a place I will be returning.
