We had an awesome waiter on 4-14-25 when we took Bryan for his Birthday dinner. Everything we had was good
My husband and Son got the rack rib dinner. I Got the Mother lode and baked potato and corn on the cob. Mother in law got the single meat chopped brisket, baked beans, Load bake Potatoe.

My son got his Birthday dessert Cherry cheese it was awesome

We came from Tulsa to visit friends and decided Rib Crib BBQ was what our dinner would be. For a Friday evening, the restaurant was pretty empty. Our server, “Patrick”, was very patient with us. It took our table a several minutes for us to decide on our order. 2 of us got the 2 meat combo and 2 got the 3 meat combos with sides. Patrick came by while we were were waiting for our meals to let us know the food would be out shortly. Once our food got to us, 2 of our meals were on point. One had soggy toast, due to pickles laid on top and one had “dried up” Mac n cheese. Patrick immediately got us a new plate of toast and he replaced the Mac n cheese with potato salad. Patrick checked on us throughout our meal and answered our questions with an outstanding informative and congenial manner. We wanted blackberry and peach cobbler at the end of our meal and found out that Rib Crib doesn’t serve the individual cobblers now. They have fried pies. Patrick came back to let us know there were no peach available, but we could get apple if we wanted. So, we ended up with 2 apple and 2 blackberry.
Our meals were really good. Our service from Patrick made our dinner experience that much better. He should train your kitchen staff and the people who order products and the people who prepare food. He definitely knew what he was doing. Inconsistent dry food (Mac n cheese) and not having the cobblers individually served would help you stay busier and sell more.
If we wouldn’t have had Patrick as our server who fixed the kitchen staffs issues and switching out the food so quickly, we wouldn’t be back.
Give this location Rib Crib a try. The smoked bologna, pulled pork, hot links, polish sausage, smoked chicken, and ribs for the meat options were bomb. The crispy fried okra is awesome with a side of ranch. Seasoned fries were okay, potato salad was awesome, the sweet and savory beans were also yummy. If you’re fortunate enough to get the “charismatic Patrick” as your server, your meal will be complete. Bon Appetite’

I wish I could say this meal was worth the nearly $20 my wife spent on hers (first photo) but the serving size, especially of the chicken, made me wonder if they accidentally brought us the kids’ menu. Absolutely absurd.

As for my meal, I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve had dry brisket, but this one was practically jerky. The ribs were overcooked to the point where I almost needed dental tools. Both of them. Two ribs. It’s like they’re rationing food.

Since this is a chain I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular. But somehow I was still very disappointed

This was one out of two of the worst experiences that we have had at rib crib. The food was very overdone . Baked potatoes was hours and hours old. The skin was black and wrinkled, potatoes inside was dark brown. Baked beans were cold and stuck like paste.When my husband called to speak to the manager she was very condescending and rude stated she knew the food was bad and she didn’t know what was going on in that kitchen. Said several.times she knew food they was sending out was poor quality and then when we explained our take out experience is always bad but dine in is good her words were ” well lady maybe you should bring yourself in here and dine in ” I will never eat here or recommend them again.Nor will I order anything from here for my employees to eat. Extremely rude manager . Maybe this is why your parking lot is always empty. I feel sorry for the owner . You are definitely going to start seeing a down slide in profits of everyone is treated this way and it’s ok for your staff to send out poor quality.Keep using canned responses to bad reviews. That will improve things. SMH

Food was good first and foremost. Server did not know what beers were on draft nor the rotating drafts. Server had to come back 3 times after we ordered beers to tell us they didn’t have what we ordered even though it was on the menu. I just got water and it came out room temp with almost no ice.

We walked in at 6:00 on a Thursday evening, the place was nearly empty (now I know why). I was told that “they are always out of ribs” which makes no sense….it’s Rib Crib. We asked the hostess if they were out of ribs….so she walked back to the kitchen and told us they did in fact have them. We followed her to a table and waited at least 15 minutes for someone to notice us and take our drink order. I’m from Sand Spring OK and our Rib Crib is amazing….the food is brought out almost immediately. We waited 25 minutes for our entrees….which were nearly cold when they were brought out. This location needs some serious changes. Won’t be back.

I placed an online order, and somehow it duplicated and the order was sent and charged twice. The hostess got the manager for me, and they refunded the second order but gave it to me anyway. The staff and manager were super nice and understanding. I definitely had a good experience and the food was good too!

The service was good, but overall the bbq was extremely dry as if it were days old. The brisket my friend ordered was like tree bark.

My plate had samples of chicken, sausage and pulled pork. The chicken and pork were okay but that sausage texture was horendous. It like a worse Eckrich sausage.

I am glad they had bbq sauce on the table, but good bbq shouldn’t need to be drenched in bbq sauce to be edible.

I suggest management look into how long they keep meat on the pit because that quality was unacceptable.
