Hubby was hungry!!! We went here in Bartesville, Ok to the Dillard’s Clearence, because today, Feb. 17, 2026 was $1 on green tickets. Anyway, around 3pm, hubby was hungry and we went here to Rib Crib. I got 2 chicken fingers w/taters and gravy. It was really good. He had 2 meat dinner. He was very happy. Chelsea P. was our waitress. She is young with a long ponytail and VERY NICE!! We tipped her $10. The place was empty (5 customers total – 2 couples and a man), and she was the only server. Some of the reviews say the service is terrible, but Chelsea was great. The food was satisfying and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The restrooms were clean, but the paper towel machine is broken. I would recommend this place if you visit Bartesville, but try to get Chelsea if you can.

When I first walked in the door, it was a little struggle with the Host. But Jamie, my Server immediately took care of it and so did the manager.Tulyssa The food was amazing. The service was out of this world. It was beyond customer service. They treated My Son very well once they got everything taken care of we all had a really good time. It was my birthday so it was a great place to go. the food was steaming hot and delicious. The waitress a.k.a. Server did her job very well. The manager did her job very well. I would definitely return to RibCrib in Bartlesville because the food was great. The customer service was amazing. The people were friendly the dessert with phenomenal!

My husband has been to this Rib Crib many times and this was my first. He said the food was great but since they’ve remodeled the place, the service went south. He wasn’t kidding! We were taking a couple of friends out to dinner and this was the choice of place. Their servers are young and very unprofessional. Our server in particular thought she was being clever and funny but she was insulting. She hovered over our older guest while she implied that we were slow in deciding what to order, and when it was my turn to order, she let out a big sigh and said “oh geez, really?” like I was holding her up. Jokingly or not, never ever say that to a patron! I was ready to give it back to her but I held my tongue—and her tip! The food was great but we were soured by the attitude of the “children” that were running the place—congregating and not paying attention to the needs of their patrons. My husband said that this was a good place with great service and seasoned servers before the remodel. Sadly, since after the remodel, he doesn’t see any of the older servers anymore. Bottom line, if you only care about good food and not so much the service, then this may be the place for you. For me, meh!

Great food and very good customer service. For whatever reason I thought the place sold alcoholic beverages and not just beer. Nevertheless, it was still a nice experience. We were seat immediately which was a Surprising for a Friday night. I would definitely recommend eating at this restaurant.

I ordered chopped brisket nachos. Those nachos had more beans and chips, cheese. Every single piece of bite size meat had so much fat. I didn’t have 1 piece of meat that was just meat only. I dont mind a little fat. It was excessive fat in these nachos. I probably had about 2 ounces of fat meat. I should have ordered slice brisket (lesson learned). Well, I decided to bless my puppy with a rib bone. Paid $3.59 for the skinny bone (pic on the left). About 2 weeks ago. I ordered a good portion rib bone from Daddy’s B’s BBQ (pic on the right) located in Tulsa on 91st Delaware. Paid 2.99. What a major disappointment! Which rib bone would you eat? The rib crib bone on the left or the rib bone on the right from Daddy’s B’s BBQ ? I will say the cashier at the window was friendly and sweet!

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Ordered togo today 11/23. Food was COLD – My ribs, chicken wings AND FISH were anyway. My mother’s order with the fish was missing both her sides and when the receptionist went to ask the cook for them – he threw them on the counter. Glad I checked my bag before I left. I ordered wings and got ALLL DRUMS. Didn’t ask for that but whatever. Ordered the two meat dinner – got 2 ribs and 3 pieces of brisket. I’m not from here so maybe this is how they do in Oklahoma. Whatever will not go back.

Now offering chips and salsa. I do not understand this offering other than a financial decision. The food was disappointing and lacked freshness. The food has a flavor call “franchise” and was served at 1-dgree above room temperature. Service was friendly and dining area was fresh and clean.
