Its decent BBQ. The ribs and shrimp combo was reasonably priced. The ribs were on the smaller side and a little heavy on the liquid smoke. The sides I had (BBQ beans and coleslaw) were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

I love this place! They redid (or are redoing) the interior and it looks great. Food is, as alway, delicious. I 100% recommend the friend okra. Best appetizer ever. The staff is helpful and prompt.
We ate our food before I even remembered to take pics! One downside if that their kids meal aren’t that good. If your kids wants nuggets they will be disappointed.

During lunch rush the place was packed. The staff promptly cleaned a table and we were in and out in 40 minutes. The food was delicous. Never had a bad meal at Rib City. The brisket is tender and the perfect amount of smoke. The ribs are tender without falling apart. Impressed with how clean and organized the staff were when they clearly were understaffed.

What we thought was a great evening ended up being a long night for my husband. He woke up throwing up around midnight from food poisoning. We are thankful it was just something he ate and not myself and my daughter. We have eaten here several times and never had this problem but unfortunately we won’t be back because of this.
Great food, great service! It was a hit with my daughter too!! I would recommend the loaded fries app. Waffle fries with a ton of cheese, bacon, and a spicy ranch. Unless you’re in a diet, then probably not the fries.

I had a hard time tasting the smoked flavor of the beef and pork meat but they had some really good sauces. The ribs were good and I guess that is to be expected with the name. The staff was friendly with great service. The price for the food was reasonable.

BBQ Excellence. Consistency and quality are two things I can always count on with the food at Rib City. I order the shrimp and ribs every time and I have never been disappointed. It’s one of my all-time favorite comfort meals. Rib City is my favorite barbecue restaurant in Denver, hands-down. It is worth the drive to the southwest corner of town for a delicious meal.
The baby back ribs at Rib City are a perfect 10. I don’t know how they do it, but they do it consistently. Hands-down, the best ribs in town. The barbecue sauces are amazing and I could drink them if I did not have meat to put them on. Use the Texas toast to clean up any excess barbecue sauce, or better yet, use it to scoop up the most amazing baked beans that you will have ever eaten. They have a homemade recipe and these beans are hands-down the best baked beans you will ever have in your life. I’m addicted, and I often order an extra side of them when ordering my meal. They are not like any other baked beans you have ever had and you simply must try them…And did I mention the coleslaw? Coleslaw the way coleslaw was intended to be made. I have never had better coleslaw in Denver, Colorado.
The kitchen produces some amazing food. The wait is not long and the people working the restaurant are always so polite and helpful. The place has a real family atmosphere. It’s the kind of place you want to bring your family. The management is so wonderful. They always check on you and make sure that you are being taken care of. It’s just a lovely place to have a meal and to share in the love of barbecue.
If you’re in a hurry, you can always get the food to go, but it’s really nice to sit down and enjoy the atmosphere of the place. The food comes out quickly. They have a homemade mud pie for dessert that is really good. There are jokes on the wall, and good bbq vibes in the air, at Rib City. Come down and taste it for yourself. You will be glad that you did!

Barely passable for bbq. The meat is way over smoked, the ribs where dry and difficult to eat. It tasted like it was heated up in a microwave. The BBQ sauce smelled like it was far beyond the good by date and tasted awful. Service was quite slow for it being almost empty. Caught the waitresses texting in the corner multiple times. Also be warned despite the menu stating they will comp your meal if the ribs need a knife (mine needed a chainsaw to cut), but they will only cover the ribs not the rest of the food on the plate. The only saving grace is the after dinner mint to get the awful taste out of your mouth.
