Went here last week for the first time in a long time. I had the Beef Skyscraper, a salad, and some sweet potato fries! It was really good! Our server was prompt and friendly, and the food did not disappoint. It has been too long since I’ve been there! I was glad I did! It wont be so long before there’s a next time!

I want to share my great experience I had at this Rib City in Lehigh! I normally don’t do reviews but I just had to share my positive experience. I went to eat with my son after work/school and my son was fussy (it’s a Monday) and while we patiently waited the manager I believe his name was Gary approached him kindly to cheer him up. He brought him chicken and apple sauce which my son instantly ate while we waited for our appetizer and entrees. The waitress I believe her name was Carolyn and manager would check in on us to make sure we were good. We were extremely satisfied with both the service and food! My son left very happy with a full tummy! The tea was delicious and sweet. Overall I recommend this location!! If i could rate it more than 5 stars I would!! Thank you Gary & Carolyn!

Main issue for me is every time hostess starts to seat you the table has not been cleared yet. Today no exception but when I’m seated takes8 minutes to get a drink ordered because they are now cleaning off tables. My opinion is this is the worst of all rib city restaurants.

I’m at big rib city fan for many years. But last night we both had full rack of ribs dinner both were dry chewy and tasted old. All the sides were good as usual. We were very disapointed tho. the past few times I’ve been there the ribs have been sub par.. what happened? Bring back the juice moist tasty ribs your known for… please

None of the meat had any flavor,maybe the taste of raw meat. The chicken was so tough,it was like it was barely cooked and had blood on the bones. Zero smoke flavor. Not sure if it was maybe a new cook or what happened.

Rib City is a place I visit quite often, and overall, I enjoy the food. The quality is usually very good, but I’d say it’s a bit hit or miss depending on the day. Sometimes the restaurant is bustling with people, and other times it’s relatively quiet. It’s a small, cozy place, so when it’s busy, seating can feel a little tight. However, the food is almost always worth the wait.
During my most recent visit, I ordered the St. Louis ribs, paired with corn and baked beans. The ribs were fantastic—tender, smoky, and seasoned just right. You could tell they were cooked with care and attention. The corn was sweet and cooked to perfection, adding a nice balance to the richness of the ribs. However, the baked beans were a bit of a letdown. They had a slightly off taste that I couldn’t quite put my finger on, but it wasn’t enough to ruin the meal.
What really stood out during this visit was the excellent service. Even though it was a little busy, the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our food came out surprisingly quickly, which is always a plus.
Overall, I had a great experience. Rib City is one of those places where the atmosphere, service, and food combine to create an enjoyable dining experience. While there are occasional inconsistencies, the good far outweighs the bad. I would definitely recommend trying it out, especially if you’re a fan of barbecue. For this visit, I’m giving them 4 stars!

Tonight I did not feel like cooking so I checked my bank account to see if real city was in my budget so I decided to go Rib City The location by the hospital I ordered bu phone before I arrived when I arrived I could notice as soon as I walked in. The customer service were very, very poor. Now I have been to many many times and many years living in Lehigh Acres fl Rib City is always known for his beautiful women waitresses and great customer service and great food now tonight. The customer service again was very very poor. I arrived about 8:15 PM and my food was not ready so I paid after I paid. I still was not handed my sweet tea so I said OK I’ll wait till I get my food 20 minutes after I arrive I receive my food and receive a unsweet tea now the guy who served me my tea knew the tea was unsweet because he went and asked the other staff member is this all we have left now instead of saying, we don’t have any more sweet Tea he gave me an unsweet tea, black as tar bottom of the barrel and didn’t even have the decency to say, sir we don’t have any more sweet tea as I was sitting around, observing the atmosphere of the restaurant. There are four people standing behind the counter, walking around, not doing anything. The four people that was on staff tonight, need a serious serious food service, and customer service training first start by wearing name tags
To the owner of this rib city location you need a serious serious makeover or you asap. Best advice to you is to go back to the old rib city standards that you were once known for if I was to release this information to Chef Ramsey with the Secret Service, you will get F grade for effort And probably be shut down Please go back to the old rib city standards other than that the food was great as always, but if I was the manager or the owner, I know everyone needs a job in the times that we face today, but I would fire all four people behind the counter, except the cooks because the cooks were only person working not to mention I seen the staff turned away at least $100 extra in revenue for the day so my word of advice again take care of this problem before it get worse…

I’ve been debating writing this review for a few weeks, but the experience hasn’t been sitting right with me, and I feel it’s important to share. While dining in the restaurant, we witnessed an older gentleman—who appeared to be a manager or someone in a supervisory role—physically grab a female employee by the waist to move her out of his way. The employee clearly stated that she would prefer he not put his hands on her. He ignored her comment and did not respond.
Shortly after, we observed him speaking down to multiple staff members, belittling them and telling them they were “not doing anything.” This behavior was alarming. No employee should ever be touched without consent or spoken to in such a demeaning manner—especially in front of customers. Seeing this unfold publicly makes it concerning to think about how staff may be treated behind closed doors.
