Last night was my second dining experience here. Both times I was completely satisfied. From the minute I walked in the door we were greeted by friendly staff and then again from our waiter as we were seated. The food as well as the their drinks were delicious and service was excellent! This was THE perfect place after a long day at work. The attentiveness of the servers was wonderful, the menu was off the charts, the live music was so calming and really created such a warm atmosphere. It wasn’t too loud or overbearing like other places, the song selections were wonderful. The pesto gnocchi appetizer was too good to be true, and the chicken and fish dishes we got were melt in our mouths delicious. 10/10 would go back. Simple decorations, the food speaks for itself. I had confirmed a reservation for a holiday dinner for my team, with arrangements made in advance. The night before the event, I was contacted and informed that the restaurant had accepted a larger party and could no longer accommodate us. As someone who manages schedules, childcare arrangements, and employee commitments, this last-minute cancellation created a difficult situation.
While I understand that unexpected situations can happen in the hospitality industry, I believe communication should be timely, organized, and considerate especially when a reservation has been confirmed and people’s time is involved.
I’m sharing this as constructive feedback in hopes that future large parties receive clearer communication and proper follow-through. A more proactive approach would prevent situations like this.

We catered food from Rialto for my graduation party, and the compliments were non-stop all night. Chef Fabio was accommodating and made the whole process so easy. The food was absolutely delicious—everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Guests kept going back for seconds and couldn’t stop talking about how amazing it all was. Rialto truly went above and beyond to make my celebration special, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any event!

I had the Caesar Salad, Osso Buco and the Zuccotto for dessert. The presentation on all the food was a solid 10/10, the hospitality and service were easily 10/10, and the food was outstanding, another 10/10. The Osso Buco was extremely tender and full of flavor, it was served on top of some incredible risotto that was also swimming in the braising liquid. Overall just an outstanding experience.

First time at RIALTO. Busy Saturday night, yet very welcoming and accommodating. We shared a delicious Pear Salad, Wedge Salad along with an order of Polpette. Entrees – on special, 1/2 Roasted LI Duck in a cherry reduction sauce; Almond Crusted Chicken Breast and a Pounded Berkshire Pork Chop. All..well prepared, presented and delicious. The waitstaff very friendly and professional. Look forward to a return visit.
