I just had a burger and onion rings at this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I had to wait 30 minutes for my food, and during that time, some people around me were visibly frustrated as they were trying to catch their flights. After the long wait, I was served a burnt burger with the most oily onions I’ve ever seen. It completely ruined my appetite. I would highly recommend avoiding this place — it’s definitely not worth your time or money.

In my life, I’d say this was the best airport burger I’ve ever had. So much so, that my son and I got it to go on our way home too. I actually talked to an older couple on our flight back and they said they too enjoyed the burger. The fries were so/so, so I’d say if anything, they really need to work on that, but I was overall thrilled with the find.

This was one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had. It had no taste and was burnt. The service was good but it took forever to get despite there being almost no line. The prices are ok for the airport but not for the inferior quality. It is a small airport so there’s not a lot of options but gas station food is better than this and with a much shorter wait.

I got a grilled chicken sandwich. It was actually very very good. Not sure why this place doesn’t have good reviews but just writing about my experience. It was the only place I could grab something solid before a flight.

Absolutely terrible. First, they only had chicken. Then what they serve you is a sandwich that has just been microwaved inside of a plastic container, so the bun tastes like the plastic container. It was gross and a co.plete waste of money. Even the soda was warm.and overly syrupped. Gross

This place sucks. Waited 30 minutes for a burger and fries. There was so many people waiting it looked like we were lined up for our flight. Then when I got it, it was terrible, see pic. I’ve gotten better food in alleyways in 3rd world countries. Don’t waste your time the shitty sandwiches at the airport kiosks are better.

We’re at the Providence Airport excited to try a new local burger company. After ordering the burger, I was told that fries are extra, which was fine and ordered the season fries. There was probably over a tablespoon of seasoning and salt, which made the order of fries inedible. And to my surprise, a small side of plain french fries for next to my hamburger. I’m hoping this is just a fluke, and they can improve as we are always excited for a new local eateries.

Good customer service from the cashier. Stopped by right before the rush. Didn’t expect the airport burger to be as good as this! Would definitely come back, even though they were out of bacon. To anyone going just be patient when there are a lot of customer’s.
