Patty was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. Ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger with Seasoned fries. Service was fast and everything was delicious. Nice surprise for airport food.

I’ve ordered from this place several times while waiting for my flight. As it has decent food and is one of the few restaurants here, it’s usually busy. I’ve been patient before when my order was accidentally missed, or there’s a long wait time, etc because I understand they can be swamped and stuff happens. However, on my most recent visit, I got to the front of the line and was ignored. They were not particularly busy. The woman taking orders was too busy sassing her coworker and then got an attitude when he wouldn’t tolerate it. After several minutes standing there and still no attempts to take my order, I just left. Not worth it.

Patty at the front was absolutely lovely! The food here is solid, there’s ample seating and enough options if you’re traveling with multiple people with different tastes. It’s also near security so it’s easy to get to before you head to your gate.

It’s airport food! I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich – it’s fried chicken with hot sauce on it & my boyfriend has the crispy chicken and said it was good. Fries were good. Nothing to write home about but all edible.

The person taking orders didn’t take our order correctly. And then didn’t give us a receipt and threw out our receipt. And we had to re-order and pay again. They have idiots working here. Don’t waste your time. Especially if you have a flight to catch, which is most people here. Food wasn’t even worth it.

Busy night at the PVD. Wait everywhere for dinner was 20 min plus. The staff at RI Burger were fast efficient and professional. Isabella at the register was holding everything together, providing service with a smile. Thanks for sending us off on vacation with full stomachs and a smile.

Rough time. Food was extremely mid, fries at least 10 minutes old, service was some of the worst I have ever seen. Fast food isn’t for everyone, but it is clear the culture, communication, and everything else involved is lacking.
