Nice coffee shop, their coffee is better than the popular national coffee chains. Fast, professional and friendly service! Atmosphere is lovely, clean, inviting space. Good variety of drinks to satisfy any needs.

Fantastic! I was in Shreveport for a wedding and wasn’t expecting such a great coffee shop! I got an iced caramel macchiato and the rhino biscuit. Holy crap that biscuit was amazing, subbed for a jalapeño cheddar biscuit and added bacon. I got a blueberry muffin as well and it was so good! Coffee was great! Cannot complain about the service either, they were very polite! Sadly a homeless person came in trying to hassle customers for money for cigarettes, but the staff asked them kindly to leave and took care of it. So other than that great environment as well!

So loud that the untrained personnel can’t even hear.
Order was simple: “The name is Kay, spelled K-A-Y. Just a Iced Mocha Latte.”
Don’t know how or why this was the drink that was made but after the awful interaction needed to get out of there. Didn’t drink it, no response from management so here’s the review.

I enjoyed an iced cold brew drink called “Thunder” as well as the Rhino biscuit (on a Jalapeño and cheddar biscuit) with bacon added and it was absolutely fantastic. The biscuit was the star of the show. The coffee was delicious, and not too sweet. The prices are so reasonable, I will definitely be back.

The lattes are decent and the food is great. However, I’ve noticed at both locations that proper hand hygiene seems to be lacking. Staff are often touching their cell phones and then preparing drinks without washing or sanitizing their hands. It’s concerning and takes away from an otherwise good experience.

Stopped by for a snack and a drink. Loved our drinks. My Salmon Bagel was probably the best one I have ever had. Trust me when I say I had a lot of them growing up in Brooklyn.
Highly recommended

The atmosphere and location are lovely and I had high hopes based on the reviews. Coffee service was quick, but unfortunately I waited over 30 minutes for a breakfast biscuit. Maybe this was a fluke or an off day, totally understandable, but I can’t imagine how something so simple could take so long. I would have rated them higher had there been some sort of explanation. The biscuit was good, but definitely not worth the wait unfortunately.

This place was great. My wife and I stopped by on a Wednesday morning. It wasn’t crowded and parking was ample. The employees were friendly and warm. We had the egg and biscuit which was delicious. The iced tea was just right for me. My wife got a coffee that she enjoyed. We plan on making return trips here for the foreseeable future.

My biggest takeaway after our visit on the morning in 10/4, is that the person working alone on the counter NEEDS A RAISE. They were calm, they were cool, they were kind- despite a constant onslaught of people with coffee and food orders. We waited patiently for our drinks while watching them juggle taking orders and pulling espresso shots, all while never once catching an attitude or being rude. Whoever owns this coffee shop has a dependable person who needs to be recognized. (The coffee was good too- I got a cookie butter cold brew and said I’d add my own half and half and they still did it for me!) please please please take care of your employees.

The downtown Rhino location is a great spot to get coffee and a pastry. It’s a small locally owned coffee shop with lots to choose from. They offer pastries, light breakfast, and lighter lunch items. For my latest visit, I ordered a banana chip muffin, a bagel with cream cheese, and a pumpkin latte. They make their own pumpkin purée. For me the puree is strong so I only get half the pumpkin in it and it’s delicious! The atmosphere very nice inside but it’s a downtown location. I typically go on the weekend when parking is easier to get and free. On weekdays you’ll need to pay to park, which can be tricky to find.
