I have dreaded this McDonald’s in the past because the service has always been ridiculously slow. I tried it today and it was amazing! The food was fresh and delicious and the staff is very efficient. The new employees made a big difference.

This is purely personal opinion. The inside was modern and clean. I am not a fan of ordering via a touchscreen with no human interaction. I guess it’s not too bad. The staff I did run into were courteous. Nice area and easy to get to off the highway.

Don’t usually give bad reviews. Usually don’t comment on bad experience. Rivendell court, and kernstown mcdonalds is not good . Order a Q P w/ cheese, tomato only? You get a plain cheeseburger. I wish I could rate it even lower, possibly even the negatives. This place was so horrible we wanted to throw up instead of become more hungry. The workers never even listened to any of us who were ordering. And they did not give us over 10 items as part of all of our orders. Horrible place, never go here.

Ordered curbside. When I got to the restaurant the app said my food would be out in about 6 minutes. I sat there waiting for 25 minutes before going in and getting my order. Food was cold at that point, the manager just laughed and said they were busy. Didn’t offer us anything at all, not even help carrying the food to the car.
