I cannot believe how disgusting dirty and an awful smell of urine is inside this McDonald’s. I just don’t understand how the manager and staff allow this and work like this. It says a lot about the manager and staff that work here. Definitely cleanliness is not in their vocabulary. I definitely do not recommend to eat inside this establishment or order from here! How unsanitary must the preparation of food be. Truly disappointing and disgusting!

Don’t know what’s going on with this store and the one on 522 north but I can’t seem to get any service when I walk in to dine inside.
Went in to this McDonald’s in Rutherford Crossing yesterday 5/29/25 at around 3:15 and stood at the counter a good 4-5 minutes and manager seen me come in and walk to the counter then he just disappeared, what the hell?
So needless to say I just walked out and then took a couple pics from my truck to show that there was no one in the drive thru or no cars in the lot for dine in either so I have no idea why I couldn’t get served because it was not busy at all.
If McDonald’s does not want to serve indoor customers anymore then they should just close all the dining rooms and just be strictly drive thru.
I am so tired of walking in to these locations and leaving hungry and this is the only fast food restaurants in town that I have this problem with.

I just have to say this. I came in here today (10/13/2025) around 2:15pm. Ordered my food on kiosk, got food, then had to clean my table so I could sit and eat. This store was so dirty I was just shaking my head. Food on the floor, tables dirty, trash ( napkins, ketchup packets straws) on floor and tables, floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in i dont know how long. The thing that got me most there was 3 girls standing around talking, 2 on cell phones. Do better people do better. Cell phones should be off limits period during working hours, the germs they possess are disgusting.

While the drive-through ladies have always been friendly, and the food is alway’s as good as McDonald’s food can be… I just can’t give it a positive recommendation since they removed the soda fountains. Also, yes, as stated in many reviews inside service is very lack luster and not the greatest. If they ever bring back the soda machines, I will surely change this to a higher star rating.

They redesigned the restaurant to be as inconvenient as possible for customers. They only care about door dash orders. Typically you wait about 5 minutes before a person even comes to the register, and when they do finally take your order, they act like ordering food is just an annoyance to their day. Even by the incredibly low standards that McDonald’s has set for customer service, this place is still ranks rock bottom

Wow—this McDonald’s is the exception to the rule! Noon on a Friday and the fries were hot and fresh, the workers were friendly and personable, and the location was clean and well-run, didn’t have a long wait even though they were clearly busy. Totally unlike 99% of my usual McDonald’s experiences. Whatever they’re doing here, they need to keep it up (and maybe teach a few other locations!).

The food was fresh which is a huge plus when stopping at McDonald’s for me. But there was no workers up front and the few that could see me at the counter kept going with what they was doing as I wasn’t there. I could see there was only a couple orders on the drive through as I was one of 3 customers in the lobby nog counting my daughter, and the other 2 was an older couple and already eating there meals. I waited over 5 minutes just to place our order if my daughter wasn’t crying and ready to eat we would of left without ordering anything.
