I came in with my daughter and the place is empty, not one costumer, but 3 waiters talking so loud l that is almost annoying. Five minutes later I get some help. Pizzas takes more than 15 min and when ready, one of them is missing one ingredient. They added it after I asked for it and put the same pizza back in the oven so the ingredient cooks… pizza came back over cooked and not tasting like I’m used to eat it. I send it back, never asked if I wanted anything else. When the check comes, of course pizza is there even though I barely tasted, and of course I pay for it, but is my last time in this place. Horrible costumer service and left hungry. So sad this is my daughter’s favorite place for pizzas

Pizza tastes like frozen pizza. Presentation was terrible. I tipped 25% and I saw my pizza waiting in the back for over 10 minutes. Pizza was pretty cold when I received it, and looked and tasted like school pizza. Will never come back. You should do the same. 1/10

So, the pizza is really good. The service was good, too. I only wish they would have kept the half and half pizza pie ingredients separate, as I ordered them. I ordered a half Hawaiian and half pepperoni pizza, but they mixed all of the ingredients all over the pie. Hope I get a more attention to detail…after all, we only get to have it when I go back to Magic City/Miami!

I just disliked how two waiters embaresd another waiter while she was trying to pack our food at the table, and rushing her while she was still servicing us. The manager or owner should not tolerate such behavior in the work inviroment. “Unbelivable” wow!

The food is good, always consistent. It’s open late, so it’s a no brainer when coming home from a party or movie. The pizza is thick crust so if you like that you’ll love it. The garlic rolls are yummy, and the spaghetti is pure comfort food. I would give it a 5 but the service is really hit or miss. Sometimes good, some time really awful.
