Went on a double date and everything was very good. Our total bill was about $150. 4 entrees, 2 appetizers, and 2 alcoholic drinks. We all agreed we are” stuffed” after eating.

We stopped for dinner on a Monday night. Upon entering the staff was welcoming. There was a big group of people in one area of the dining room, so we were asked if we would like to sit in another area of the restaurant, which was quieter; and we did. For as large as the place is, it was very warm inside (very cold outside). They have a huge salad bar with a lot of options and 2 soup choices. Everything was fresh and clean. I ordered the 9 oz tenderloin and my husband the prime rib and shrimp. Both were very good; however the tenderloin was melt in your mouth amazing. We will certainly be back and I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Truly and old fashioned supper club! Salad bar with 2 soups, bread at the table. 12oz ribeye was delicious no fat! Deep fried walleye was good too! Would definitely recommend and will come back

My prom group had two private tables in a dinning room, and when I walked in I was actually excited because the whole place looks very nice:) however, when we got there the lady who was waiting on us was pretty rude… I don’t know her name but she had shorter black hair and was older.The boys in my group wanted to be all together so they moved a few chairs over, which I know can be annoying to the waitress. However, she was very rude and aggressively told them to move back immediately. Rolls and salad bar were good though… not much variety. One of the boys spilled their water on accident as well and she got angry about that even though it was an accident. Then came the worst part. The food. The chicken in the chicken tenders were super dry, which was super disappointing! The chicken Alfredo also tasted like it came out of a legit can… not good at all :(. I had expectations for this restaurant cause the reviews were good and it looks super nice on the out and inside. But overall everyone was disappointed with the service and the food… wouldn’t recommend…

A good small town supper club with traditional supper club fares. The old fashioned’s are good, but not muddled and they use a bitters mix. The staff is always friendly and the salad bar is well maintained throughout the night. They do not have many menu items that accommodate dietary restrictions (specifically vegan items) However, it’s still a nice relaxing place for dinner. They have live music quite often on the weekends and that is usually a fun time to hang out in the bay and eat popcorn while watching the band. Every small town needs a non-chain restaurant to celebrate family events, big occasions, or visitors. Rex’s is such a place. The food is good as is the service. You know it’s a part of the community as well and has been for years.
