This place is legit fantastic. I travel around a lot and seek out GF bakeries wherever I am and was thrilled to find this one. The team were awesome and super helpful as I wanted to buy everything. The croissants are GF so they’re different from a traditional croissant – and I loved them. I’ve had so many dry and crumbly attempts at croissant I really enjoyed the tender bread-like consistency of their croissants. The brioche was heavenly and I could not get over the cinnamon bun and how delicious it was with no sad crumbling. Highly recommend this place and go early, like all great GF locations they sell out fast. Thanks so much for a great start to my day!

We go to gluten free bakery’s all over the US and I can say this is the best we have been to hands down. The patties are light and flakey and not overly sweet, just perfect. The prices are fare and comparable to a regular bakery’s which I have never seen. It’s tucked into a cute little indoor mall that is absolutely adorable.

Tons of vegan options, both items I bought were delicious, but this place is WAY overpriced. A tiny 4.5″x4.5″ cake is $8. There was like a $1.75 upcharge for non-dairy milk. I can buy a whole container of non-dairy milk for that price!
My order of a small latte with oat milk and two little cakes that fit in the palm of my hand was ~$24.
As much as I like to support places with vegan options, the price is definitely not worth it.

My son had a cream puff and I tried it; it was very, very sweet. I felt like dark chocolate would be so much better on the outside, but the chocolate definitely tasted too sweet. Another son tried it too and none of us wanted to finish it. 3 of us had ham and cheese croissants and all felt “meh” about them. Not very flaky, and we have celiac in the family and we know flaky is difficult for sure with GF baking. Based on the two things we had, I’m not sure we’d return. The very nice man at the neighboring cafe notice I was waiting for a restroom key and provided me one though I was not his customer; so five stars for atmosphere! Maybe we are spoiled by mom’s excellent GF baking skills, but overall a little disappointing. Kudos though for doing a complete GF bakery, stars for that alone! Also the baking academy; I’m glad y’all do that!

It’s so great to find places that are 100% gluten free. I don’t have many pictures because we devoured several of our pastries. I brought this yummy, chocolate raspberry scone and it is still fresh the next day after a long road trip home from Santa Fe. My husband is dairy free and the bakery had several vegan options for him as well. I wish we lived near Santa Fe so I could join one of the baking classes.

Hands-down the best gluten-free and vegan bakery in New Mexico. Dionne continues to create fantastic things that make being gluten-free so much easier. And more delicious! I was the only certified gluten-free bakery in New Mexico, it makes me so happy to support her and her gorgeous work. When was the last time you had a bear claw fellow gluten-free people?

I got a blueberry bear claw, ham and cheese croissant and apricot cobbler. All were delicious and had wonderful texture. It can be difficult to get gluten free pastries light instead of dense but Revolution did it!

I’m wondering if the owner has sold her bakery? I don’t see her in the store anymore. I live out of town and every time I’m in Santa Fe I stop at this place. In the last two years the quality seems to have changed. The pastries are not baked correctly and the service seems unprofessional, and not very knowledgeable. Also, less choices for loaves of bread and pastries, and sandwiches are pre made, and not made to order. Every time I go they are out of sandwiches, so I’m assuming the people that live there must pre order everything? I’m so disappointed. I hope it returns to the way it used to be to be.

We always come here when we are in town-we aren’t regulars but we are definitely regulars IF we are in earshot. We will plan our visit to frequent here at least once. There are breads galore including but not limited to brioche, “rye”, sourdough, with other delicious combinations added. Confectionery rules celebrating cookies and pies and bars, cream puffs, cinnamon rolls, and bear claws, danishes, and scones. Surely there is something for everyone. Please come and try it!

Husband and I are visiting from salt lake and had to try this place out. I’m actually a bit sad that I enjoyed it so much because we have nothing that compares back home. I got a couple croissants that were awesome, and my husband got the vegan pumpkin cake that he described as a triumph. Highly recommend!
