In Magnolia, TX you’ll find an unassuming food truck that’s redefining Texas BBQ, churning out brisket that mocks the very notion of dry meat. I had an innovative bowl option with elote as my side/base and fatty brisket… wow! It had a nice bark and a sublime buttery interior that practically dissolved in my mouth. Their bowl was some gritty magic and that elote had some deep flavor and I tasted some garlic in there. I live in Houston, but will be coming back up to Magnolia for some BBQ soon.

I recently visited Reveille BBQ and I have to say, it’s a hidden gem in Magnolia! Their Dino Beef Ribs are absolutely mouthwatering, and the Brisket is some of the best I’ve ever had. The owner, Michael, is incredibly friendly and welcoming. You better get there before the word gets out, as they just opened in the Magnolia area. Don’t miss out on this fantastic BBQ spot!

Came on a Thursday. Smash burger was on the menu. Do I get smash burger or brisket sandwich which is what I came for? Well, I got talked into getting both and I am satisfied and FULL!
The smash burger was great and the price, $5, is much appreciated. But the brisket sandwich stole the show. Perfect meat to bun ratio, excellent quality and seasoning, plus house made pickled onions, pickles, and bbq sauce. Amazing!

Delicious, mouth-watering barbecue in Magnolia, TX! We tried large orders of the brisket, turkey, pork, and sausage and all of them were tender and so delicious! We ate the food too quickly before I could get a photo of it all. Wonderful service as well. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for some quality barbecue in town.

If you are coming for dino ribs they don’t always have them but it’s still worth coming for everything else.
It’s a little space and limited outdoor seating but it’s nice.
