Fun place to grab some food and let kids play games unlimited for $10 each. We went on a Sunday and they had a special of buy 3 and get 1 free for the games wristband. Reasonable price and the kids had a great time for at least 90 minutes. The pizza and the burgers were both good. No veggies for burgers, very simple and limited menu. The beer and mixed drinks were good except the old fashioned, it was pink?!?! And it had a weird flavor. Sent it back with the waitress after one drink and requested something else entirely. The staff didn’t seem to be upset by that. Our waitress was nice but not attentive. The place was not busy and there were several waitresses who mostly chatted around the bar. El jefe was there but still service and the bar was slow. Seemed like maybe they needed more bar tenders and less waitresses. The kitchen was not slow at all though, thankfully!

Ruined it… This place was a first class arcade and venue. Upstairs arcade draw was fantastic. Rooftop lounge atmosphere great. Now? You walk into a restaurant that’s got random arcade machines shoved in each corner. Upstairs shut off, glass floor dark and covered. I guess it’s an adults only lounge now? The menu doesn’t even have snacks or bar food/starters of any type. It’s a joke. It’s typical Corpus Christi mismanagement. This place used to have the only true Chicago style deep dish pizza in Corpus – Today? Look at the photo. It’s not right at all… Go look for yourself if you want a great laugh at poorly managed nonsense. The staff is FANTASTIC. Too bad they’re dealing with this nonsense.
I see the restaurant responded below… I see their defeatist attitude and failure to read my criticism and take any of it as a need for change. You’ll see the sarcasm and unprofessional attitude, this is what you can expect from this establishment I guess. The place is named RETRO. It used to be retro, and now it’s not. It used to be special, and now it’s just not… I guess you are making money off the club people upstairs after you kick all the kids out? Good for you. You might want to take all the old signs down that point to a better time, a time when you truly had something special. Maybe that will lower expectations for us. YOU EVEN COVERED UP THE GLASS FLOOR???? I don’t understand how anyone with half a brain could think these changes are a good idea…

This place was a nice change from typical pizza joints. I enjoyed the game room upstairs, the floor glass view down to the 1st floor and the food was very good. We chose Chicago style and were very pleased. Great rooftop view.

Took my 15 year old here one of our vacation nights for something to do, he had a blast! There are so many games to play and it’s by wristband so you dont have to worry about coins, you walk up to a game and play it! Awesome!!

This was an interesting concept, they have a bunch of pinball and old school arcade machines, they were currently renovating the upstairs floor so I didn’t get to experience the patio, maybe next time we’re in town it’ll be competed.. the ladies were nice and friendly..

The food is good. The fried pickles had a good taste. Fries were seasoned well. Chicken tenders were good. The best part about this restaurant is the game room. Wrist bands are 15.00 dollars but unlimited play. Kids and us had so much fun with the pinball machines that we lost track of time. Totally recommend the game room.

Took daddy’s little girl for a fun night out to this awesome place for the second time. A year ago we came here and did karaoke and had some good food. This time we had some horrible pizza and the runs afterwards, lol! Other than that, the arcade upstairs is always fun and the rooftop is so cool! Good time all around.

I went on a busy Friday this past week and they had djs on the rooftop, it was a very cool atmosphere. I had the pleasure of meeting a bartender named Brandi, she did really good and remembered what we were having when we would go back. My wife loved her drink when she is very picky and I enjoyed how attentive she was even though she was busy. The arcade was very cool, don’t see that too often anymore. Had a pizza and wasn’t disappointed. All in all good experience, will definitely be back for the food and great service Brandi gave. Everyone had smiles so I say that’s a good show of what the place is & excited to see what the place continues to become.

We went on Halloween just to see what the food was like while we were in the area it took a while before we were able to order our food then we finally got our food and when we paid there’s a qr code on the receipt to pay we paid using the qr code and nobody in the restaurant was even aware that it was even on their receipt my wife got a half cooked stramboily it was mostly doe inside

Pizza was good , enjoyed all the games. 16$ a person for unlimited ( I think yes ! ). Customer service could have been better but that’s ok games make up for it. Pretty sure people saw my undies. By the time I noticed the sign that the floor is able to be seen from first floor it was too late . So ladies and gents wear shorts or pants lol. Will be going back again.
