My Spanish wife and I live next to the beach and just around the corner from the famous Restaurante Sacaba Mar.
We’ve eaten there a few times and today, 11. February 2026, I invited my wife to a sumptuous 3 course meal as a birthday treat. As usual, the food, especially the fresh fish dishes (scallop shells and skewered sea bass), wine and service were impeccable. And all at a very reasonable price.
Now the weather is improving, I’m sure the owner and his staff will have their hands full satisfying the demand.

Food was raw had to send back to cook again. Check your bill they over charge you on what you have order. Staff not friendly at all, wait long time for food to came,

A strange experience. Looked nice and down to earth. Wanted some small bits of food and a drink. Told there wasn’t a menu, told there was fabulous expensive fish or Octopus and not really anything else. Manage to squeeze a salad, chips and chunks of fried fish out of him. Then watched other people get a range of small, tasty looking dishes that we wanted. Weird
