I have always ordered from this restaurant since it opened. I am from El Salvador we are very proud of our food. Today, I was disappointed by my order. I had 14 pupusas very dry ,barely any cheese. Loroco is a small flower that is used in one of my orders. You can see barely any of both flower and cheese.
Revuelta pupusas means beans, pork, and cheese also done the same way. This order came out to $67
I did have a talk with the restaurant, and they offered a refund and took my name down in case I would love to give them a chance again.
Right now, I don’t think I should come back so soon.

Menu format was a little confusing and missing descriptions, but food was good. Veggie tamales had good masa, weren’t told they had chicken when we ordered and menu didn’t say they had chicken. Pupusas we’re a little harder than we’ve had in the past but I enjoyed them.

Everything we had was absolutely delicious. Standouts were the fantastically well done shrimp and the amazing kind service. One of my favorite restaurants.

Sabor Salvadoreno is an authentic El Salvadorian pupusaria, however they have many more options than just pupusas. I was feeling a burger and got the California Burger. It was delicious, filling, and inexpensive. The staff is kind and the service is fast. The prices are great and the food even better. While eating, they will have the big game on one of their four TVs. An overall great experience!

I’ve only had take out from here, but man is the food full of flavor! I haven’t had a pupusa like this in a long time! And their curtido alone is a star!! Like I said I haven’t dined in but their service was great, they even made sure the order was correct in front of me! Keep up the great work, will definitely be coming back for another glass of their ensalada!

Great tasting food and large portions. Smaller restaurant that reminded me of something you might find on an island.

*This is not Ace hardware , it is Sabor de Salvadoreno restaurant. What did you guys do to this place?? It used to be authentic and super tasty! Under New Management sign when we went today for a crazy burger. Well , its officially ruined. Bland burger , looked like the burger has been sitting on the grill for a couple of hours , not juicy hard as a rock!! No roasted jalapeño on the burger , sloppy presentation, too much lettuce , no care at all putting this thing together. Fries under cooked and soggy. Guess what guys, this is terrible. New management better start looking for a way out cause this is now a sinking ship!! Zero Stars !

Food taste really good. They recently have reduced the quantity of the shrimps in the combination plate. Previously we use to get 10 shrimps on a skew but now we got only four. So we ordered extra shrimps in the same pate.
We ordered: Two plates of pollo y camarones and Beans & cheese pupusas.

This is a great little spot for Salvadoran food made with love. Very reasonably priced and the staff couldn’t be more friendly and welcoming. Flavors are good, but for me, not memorable enough to entice me back on a regular basis. The place was still busy when we went on a Friday night 45 minutes before closing which was great. Flat panel screens hang throughout, playing Spanish broadcast of sports coverage and Nickelodeon for the kiddos. There’s easy parking right in front and along side the restaurant but it can be a little tight depending on what time of day you’re there.

Love the papusas here. Very tasty. Can’t speak for the other dishes as I never had them, but can’t go wrong with the papusas and the curtido that they come with! The Horchata is also quite delicious!
