I ll start by saying Eric, our Server was outstanding. Very attentive and super cool. Terrino is the clear definition of a hidden gem. It’s tucked inside of the Goodwin hotel in Downtown Hartford. The restaurant is stunning, a great place for a lovely evening. We loved everything, and I mean EVERYTHING! The delicious locally sourced bread, to my savory Shrimp Scampi pasta. Every single thing about our dining experience was wonderful. Looking forward to heading back soon.

The food was amazing and a great value! The service was terrible. Server never came to see if we needed additional drinks or to check on our order. We had to get another drink from the bartender. The server delivered the 2nd round of drinks but practically threw it at us. She was the only server for the entire restaurant. Shame on the management team.

Always a wonderful experience! I love the authenticity of the food blended with some local offerings (womanchego!). I also appreciate the ability to try a variety thanks to the tapas. It has a lively but cozy atmosphere & my friend and I were very comfortable. I hope that the next risotto is able to be made gluten free as I’m sure it is amazing.

Had a great dinner at the bar while in town for work. The bartenders were attentive and pleasant. A cozy lounge area with a good Tapas menu and great wine selection. A big cocktail drinking crowd and their Gin & Tonic looks fantastic. It was very busy and the crowd rolls in and out of the lounge. They are open later but the kitchen closes at 9 so plan accordingly!

Good food, nice ambience, but needs service work. Prioritizes large parties over regular tables, so wait is very long. Waited 0.5hrs for Cocktails and 1.25hrs for entrees without apps. Multiple discussions with staff. Disappointed. Food good, but not great. Really tried to help them with a better experience, but didn’t work. Hope they can better it.

Thank goodness for this restaurant. We got turned away at so many restaurants do to supposed reservations. As an Italian I don’t normally do Italian restaurants but they without effort took us and not a mention of reservations.

Amazing service, food and drinks! Went for New Year’s Eve for an early dinner. Empanadas and meats and cheeses to start were all delicious. My husband and I each ordered our favorite dishes, spaghetti and meatballs for him and chicken scarpiello for me. Both exceeded expectations. A split dessert of brown sugar bundido ended our amazing meal! We will definitely be back soon! Our waiter was so great, I wish I remembered his name, but honestly all the staff seemed to work as a team as everyone seemed to check on us to make sure we were taken care of. They really make you feel special and made it a great night!
