We loved it!! This is a hole in the wall restaurant, and these kinds of places are usually the most authentic. I had the batbacoa tacos. I wasn’t expecting the grilled onions. They were great! I knew this was authentic when I saw the handmade corn tortillas, the radish, cucumber, and lime. It did not disappoint! My husband had the Tacos Dorados. I tried some. The potato and chorizo was well balanced, not overly spicy. He loved it! The service was very attentive. It really seemed like we were visiting his home and he had cooked dinner for us. My wife have eaten multiple times in the last week now. Definitely the best tacos in town.
My wife always gets lengua and I get the pastor. The meat is phenomenal, the tortillas are amazing.
We are from California and this felt like getting tacos from a truck in downtown San Jose. Highly recommend. The staff are amazing, the food is amazing. Come check this place out.

I have had the absolutely delicious Philly Cheese Ssteak. It was juicy, seasoned well and the bread was soft. This has become my fave. I have also enjoyed their tacos, OMG – highly recommend. The Steak Fajita Quesadilia (not on menu) but they made it. It had all the yummy, flavorful components that you would expect and it was huge. My sister had the chicken enchillada. The enchillada was deconstructed but she said it was flavorful, moist. Their chips taste homemade.

Stopped in for lunch since he hasn’t been open long. Seems a man and his son are running the place and was very friendly. We chit chatted for a few minutes. The food was good, no complaints. Got shrimp n rice . Nice little spot on my route to add to my lunch rotation.

Was greeted with a friendly smile and greeting upon entering. The air was filled with mouth watering aromas. I came to this location a few times when it was landmark and the place was dark,dingy and didn’t smell the greatest. Now it’s has a fresh facelift , very well lit and clean. I posted pics of the menus, has a pretty nice selection. When seated as with other Mexican restaurants you get a bowl of warm tortillas and sauce. The sauce was average tasting compared to all the others I’ve been to with a few exceptions. I ordered the chorizo and cheese dip, was outstanding! I then ordered the 3 birria tacos. OMG! They were fantastic! My birria tacos came with a lime wedge each, peeled English cucumber slices, a small side bowl of diced white onion and chopped cilantro and a larger bowl of the yummy dipping soup. The tacos were fresh handmade tortillas, which were filled with tender, succulent well seasoned strips of beef then fried then cilantro and onion were added to the filling. I’ve had that type of taco from at least seven different restaurants and I believe these were the best. I can’t wait to go back and try some of their other offerings. The owners are super nice people. Credit cards are accepted, but cash is preferred. I paid cash and tipped well. These small business owners have a hard enough time making ends meet.

I went into this place with high hopes based on the many positive reviews, unfortunately… This is just another place that serves NOT authentican Mexican food! You see… 90% of these so called Mexican restaurants are not so, and the people who likes the food, knows nothing about authentic Mexican food! I placed an order of many different items to see which ones would be best, and after spending a fortune and trying everything out with my family, no one could say a nice thing about any of what we’ve ordered. I just don’t understand how or why people wakes up one day and decides to open a restaurant when they probably don’t know how to fry an egg. What a waste!
