Le nouveau propriétaire Yann Ghazal et son épouse Aurélie veillent désormais sur ce restaurant perché en bord d’Ariège, qui conserve une atmosphère décontractée dans une salle rafraîchie. Au programme, des assiettes gourmandes et colorées : œuf crousti-coulant, chantilly de chorizo tiède et poudre d’ail noir ; joue de bœuf braisée au vin rouge, lard de Colonnata, raisins chasselas, carottes fondantes et purée de pommes de terre – le tout à prix doux. La terrasse ombragée au bord de l’onde est un pur régal.

Absolutely great food in a stunning atmosphere close to water. Loved every bite of the food. The only negative comment is that the staff REFUSED to change the cutlery after the first dish. This was really wild and unheard of.

Fairly small menu compared to other restaurants, but even a picky eater like me was able to find something appealing. The food was delicious and well-presented; Michelin experience at a reasonable price. I appreciated that our waitress spoke English.

Amazing food of Michelin star(s) quality! The humble chef is very creative, and plays with textures, original combinations and beautiful presentations. Moreover, he integrates a lovely playful element, which makes this high end experience totally unpretentious. The staff is adorable and offer an impeccable service. Don’t bother if you’re vegetarian & hungry. Everyone else in our group of seven very much enjoyed their meals. I was told there is no house salad, although some came with others’ plates. I ordered two adequate entrees (€24) + agreed to a chef’s plate of vegetables. My entrees never came, I received a plate I would describe as a taster of mash & mousse, & I was left depending on the very good bread & beer. If only they had brought the second glass. The chef’s option ended up being €21 & I hsd to find my nutrition elsewhere.

Nice terrasse with outside seating, very good wine card and great food. Service always friendly and you have the feeling to be really welcome when yo are there. I recommend and will return , that’s for sure.
