A really pleasant surprise!
We found this lovely restaurant by chance whilst wondering around the street of Paris…
the atmosphere was cozy and warm, impeccable service and most importantly delicious food and well presented. We had a really enjoyable dinner, the onion soup rich in flavours and the meat was tender and cooked to perfection!
I would definitely recommend and revisit this small restaurant!

It’s a cozy little gem of a place. The staff are friendly and more than happy to recommend the perfect food and drink pairings.
We ordered the Rossini steak (steak with foie gras) and the lamb stew, accompanied by some red wine. Every dish was delicious, but the foie gras was the standout—incredibly fresh and tender.

We went to Langer 20 in Paris last night with friends and had an absolutely amazing experience. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and clearly crafted with great attention to detail — compliments to the chefs for such an outstanding menu. The service was also excellent: attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The drinks were just as impressive, especially the red wine, which was truly outstanding and the perfect match for the meal. It was a fantastic night all around, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality dining experience in Paris.

Fantastic! Delicious food with a really relaxed atmosphere. I had the duck main and the goats cheese starter, both of which were amazing. Others in our party had the chicken, steak, and cod mains all of which got a big thumbs up!

Lovely atmosphere! It’s what one might imagine a neighborhood restaurant should be in Paris. I had onion soup and cod with lobster sauce – all were excellent.

Wow, the food here is spectacular, cooked and served with pride, and love. I know it has high reviews but it was not popping up in my (tourist) search (which the locals must appreciate). Yes, make a reservation online, believe me, it is easy. The food is delicious (meat just fell apart so tender) and although we only tried 4 items, I will put myself on the line and say, delicious probably applies to everything. Their menu is small, but super well curated. Great food, great atmosphere, great staff, great all. We even tried a lovely local La Parisienne Brewery Pale Ale, at their suggestion, the only beer on tap, so well chosen. Yum. We also found the wine list well populated with things we needed to taste as well. The red blend we ordered from Rooy in the Pecharmant region was impressive. Because this restaurant did not pop up in my search as quickly as I thought it should, I guess I consider this a hidden gem. Hopefully it’s no longer no longer a hidden choice in your search. Highly recommend.

Had a great time there. The restaurant has only a few tables, the food is superb, everything taste delicious. Book in advance as they are always fully booked. I ate the lamb, which was good, and the entrecôte that was superb.

Utterly charming, small restaurant (book to avoid disappointment!). Solid bistro fayre done in style in a funky, cosy setting. Friendly service. The caramelised apple is to die for.

Amazing meal – one of the best I’ve had! A cute little bistro too. They helped ensure the meal was gluten free for me too, I had the veal and ratatouille and have been dreaming of it since. I’ll certainly be back next time I’m in Paris!

I had dinner at Restaurant L’ange 20 last night, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The service was excellent—the staff were not only attentive but also warm and friendly, which made the atmosphere feel very welcoming.
The decor was absolutely charming, adding a cozy yet elegant vibe to the evening.
We started with the grilled confit chicken gizzards, smoked duck breasts, and mixed salad, which were all well-prepared and flavorful. My husband had the seven-hour lamb fondant with vegetables and sautéed potatoes—incredibly tender and full of rich flavour. As for me, I ordered the beef chuck braised in red wine with pan-fried foie gras, mushrooms, and mashed potatoes—and honestly, it was the best dish I’ve had in Paris so far. Everything was perfectly cooked, **melt-in-your-mouth tender**, and packed with deep, satisfying flavours. To finish, we had the pistachio crème brûlée. Absolutely divine and the perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable meal.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a memorable French dinner in a lovely setting. We’ll definitely be coming back!
