This is the first time I visited Hamburg and I am from HongKong. I can say this is a very authentic Cantonese restaurant I am amazed that they made a very delicious 炸両 (rice roll with crispy dough), it would be great if they would have 甜醬&麻醬 to come with it. I highly recommend this restaurant!

The best, authentic Chinese/Cantonese restaurant in Hamburg. Would even give 11 stars, if I could!

Last time, we tried the knusprig gegrilltes Spanferkel (pre-ordered) — incredibly tender on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside. Highly recommended!

The dim sum, especially the har gow, is also a real highlight. Handmade, with perfectly thin wrappers and very flavorful shrimp.

Prices are very fair for the quality. The service is super nice and friendly. Evenings are usually quite busy, so booking in advance is recommended.

I’ve also tried the lunch menu — equally delicious, though there’s still so much more I want to try.

That’s why I keep coming back!

!!! WONDERFUL !!!
Guys….I rarely give such reviews. The food, the experience, the service, the taste, everything was incredible! Ordered a wonton soup, 3 Dim Sums, one triple meat platter ( pork, duck and a special made pork ), huge bowl of rice, and some drinks ( they don’t matter ). The crispy pork belly, spiced with soy sauce and a touch of special spicy mix, was rightfully, out of this world. It literally melts in your mouth. If you are into chinese cuisine, DO NOT MISS this restaurant! You will regret!
Enjoy your meal, everyone!

The food choice was huge, it made us counfused and I kinda doubt the quality of all options. For example; why would you have a pastel de nata here?? Lot of finger food, which were nicely presented, but tastes were rather bland. Fried duck was nicely roasted, but dissapointed dunkel sauce is actually just plain soya sauce. It was okay but overall nothing spectacular, would rather try other options next time.

The highlight of this restaurant is definitely the dim-sum. They are absolutely very very delicious and if you order a large amount of them you wouldn’t even need to order a main dish. However the main dishes are pretty much very basic, just stir fry, not very well presented and they taste good but not as perfect, we definitely had experienced better before. The environment is not very ambient and pretty much smells very strongly of food. Overall its a great place to grab some nice dim-sum but that’s about it

Best dimsum in Hamburg❣️, according to my family in law from Hong Kong.
It’s definitely on pricey side, but worth it for authentic food. The menu offers great selection.

The place is quite specious with multiple sitting options. We were told reservation is not needed, but I recommend to call, cause it does get busy during lunch time.

Pretty average Cantonese food. The wanton soup lacks any flavour whilst the wantons themselves are only with minced pork and no prawns. The fried beef noodles lack enough wok hei.

We had different dishes, duck and beef noodles were the best. And sour plum drink, so good. Reservation is a must, very busy place

Living in Hamburg where the standard of service industry is usually incredibly low, unfriendly waiters & waitresses are the norm, Herr He is like an oasis in the middle of the desert!! They greet customers with a smile (which is soo rarely found in Germany), and they serve with heart. I can totally feel the Asian warmth and friendliness.

The food has always been amazing especially the Peking Duck. Dim Sum are always impeccable too! Been here multiple times and they never disappoint. Always took my guests here.

Cannot recommend this more.
