I waited 20 minutes in the drive through to order. Then another twenty minutes to get my food. All the hamburgers were unwrapped. The buns were hard. The burgers were cold. The fries were soggy. I will never go here again!!

I went to McDonald’s recently just for a quick bite. I ordered my usual cheeseburger and fries combo. The service was fast, and the staff was friendly, which made the wait enjoyable even though the place was busy. The food tasted just like I expected—classic and satisfying. It wasn’t anything fancy, but sometimes that familiar, simple meal is exactly what you need to grab and go. It hit the spot perfectly.

Food was good, wait was a little excessive at 45 minutes; but the guy who brought it out said he was sorry and there’s a lot going on. Poor guy

This is a great McDonald’s if you’re in the area. It seems larger than others, is new and modern, and the staff are very friendly. There’s also plenty of parking and it’s open late.

Fulfilling lunch food and quick service. However, this place almost always seems busy and it’s difficult to find parking, so I recommend that you just do the drive-thru. Also, the big macs are sometimes messy with all the lettuce and cheese sauce (I think) on it.

The young man who greeted us, I believe his name is Cannon, was so helpful and friendly. Service with a smile, for sure. Our coffee, hot tea and breakfast was served piping hot. We absolutely will return.

To the manager: Train your employees to actively listen. Curbside order pick-up. Order was wrong. Took order inside and told them what was wrong showing them on the printed ticket what was missed. They brought it back out saying sorry. It was still wrong. Told him that and again pointed it out with the ticket in front of their face this time and now they understood where they made a mistake. If someone comes in from the curbside pickup saying it’s not right, try listening to them and figuring out the issue.
Update: A. McDonald’s, take away your automated reply to reviews on Yelp. B. Again order a customized option and it was messed up. So again get your employees to stop being robots. If that’s what your aiming for them just replace them with robots already that will get the order right and get rid of the robot that replies to complaints.

Went through the drive-thru. First time I’ve been to this location. Food was barely warm. They forgot straws and apples that were suppose to be with meal. Glad I checked before driving off. Staff looked miserable.

This McDonald’s needs help. I went through the drive through was told to pull around to the side and they would bring me my order. Wait 28 minutes they brought out wrong order. Waited another 20 minutes another young man asked me what I ordered and went to check on it when he came back he said he didn’t see the order and was having them remake it. After another 10 minutes my food was brought out to me and my food wasn’t even hot. I’ll never stop at this location again!
