Since the arrival, the chef will give you a warm welcome, the personnel is quite attentive and makes you feel the whole experience.
We were seated at a fantastic view down the Senne.
Champagne and wine selection are outstanding!
The Food is excellent and delicious.
Price vs Food, Service and Atmosphere is totally worth it.
We loved this place from the moment we arrived until we left.
Exceptional and more than deserved 2 Michelin Stars.
Congratulations!
I still think about what a funny lighthearted encounter we had with a chef and all through the night. Because we are American we arrived very early to our reservation. As a result. We had the entire dining room to ourselves for the beginning of our meal. We were catered to hand on foot by all of the staff who were so polite and provided interesting tidbits along the way of the tasting.
This is absolutely a meal where you are going to be stuffed by the end. I have honestly never eaten so many courses before with each tasting actually having quite a substantial amount. I’ve only included a couple photos so those who wish to be surprised will be. My absolute favorite dish was actually not part of the official tasting but rather a broth brought between two courses. It was salty, briny and the absolute essence of the sea.
I won’t give away too many surprises. We asked the waiter to allow us a blank tasting where they would bring us dishes at the end we provide provided with the menu so that we could revisit the dishes that we enjoyed so much. It was a wonderland of seafood and imagination. Dessert was multiple rounds and always fantastic as well.
What I loved about this experience was despite chef being arguably one of the most decorated in the world, he was so kind and personable and make sure we were having a wonderful experience stopping by multiple times. And making the joke about using the bread like a Scarpetta.
This is definitely an indulgent experience and I am so appreciative that the team had made it so memorable for us!
Without any doubt, this is the best restaurant I have ever been to. From the very first moment until the end, everything was perfection: the quality of the food, the precision, and the exceptional level of service.
The food and its presentation were flawless. There is not a single dish I would change or adjust true perfection on the highest level.
A special highlight of the evening was our waiter, Hubert. He was outstanding from the beginning, professional, warm, attentive, and incredibly charming. He truly elevated the entire experience.
What made the evening even more special was that Guy Savoy himself came out several times to check on his guests. This small but meaningful gesture added a very personal and memorable touch.
Lucas unfortunately felt a bit unwell that evening and couldn’t enjoy the experience as much as I did, which is exactly why we have to go again.
An unforgettable experience, my absolute favorite restaurant, and one I am very much looking forward to visiting again this year. Simply perfect.
The starters, while refined, felt a bit bland. However, the mains were truly exceptional — rich, balanced, and full of flavor. The wine pairing with the sommelier was a real highlight: I had the pleasure of enjoying some of my favorite French wines all in one evening. Service throughout was attentive and polished, as expected.
It’s undeniably pricey for a two-star, but if you can, it’s an experience worth trying at least once.
