So it was late Saturday night I didn’t know where I wanted to eat and then I drove around and found this cute lil spot on the corner. The tacos were great, they had karaoke , and the whole vibe was just where I wanted to be Saturday night for something different. My whole meal was 26$. And it was worth every penny!

Food was good. The Molcajete was big enough for 3 and very tasty. No deserts….. however, they allowed an outside vendor to offer her homemade desserts and they were delicious!!. Be aware…. the owner felt like clients paying the prices on the menu was not enough. You will also be charged the cost of the transaction when you handover the card, plus the tip ofcourse.

I do like this place. The atmosphere is fantastic and the people are nice. The music is a tad loud, but thats alright to someone like me. The food is awesome, and I usually go here for breakfast after I get off of work or for dinner before work. My only issue is the language barrier. The area its in is predominantly hispanic and black, so I didnt think that I would have a problem in ordering food. However, I try to order ahead for pickup, and every time I call, someone that isnt at least bilingual answers, and they hang up in my face because they can’t understand me. I’ll call back, and they’ll immediately hang up on me again or forwards the call to voicemail. Its a little frustrating and rude, but im understanding, so I dont get angry about it, but it would help if they had someone bilingual available often, especially for call in orders. Other than that, I highly reccomend this place!

Love the food but it’s been 3 times already when ordering takeout that they get my order wrong. I love their food buy im a vegetarian so I always ask for no meat and instead do cheese enchiladas. 3 times already they give me chicken enchiladas. really wish they would give what I order.

Okay little place they hosted my bestfriend birthday get together. Even though we had made reservation they weren’t ready for us, at first didn’t even remember. Then towards the end the hostess try to charge me $80 for 4 drink (WHAT!?) she had to do her math over. Towards the end we had a better time my bestfriend was able to do Karaoke with family and friends and was even shot out by the DJ.

Wow! It’s very authentic, food was DELICIOUS , the customer service was on point, very very clean, great parking out front (not that crazy back in diagonal parking some person thought was a great idea on Union street) and parking on the side of the building. This is my new go to spot!!! I had the Menudo & Pork Tacos!! Outstanding!!!!!

Everyone is very nice when we get take-out, but there is definitely a language barrier most times. I lived in Southern California for most of the 80s so I have a deep appreciation for Mexican food. This place has the best chilaquiles in the state!
