Walked in on a Monday and didn’t have to wait for a table. The owners and servers were very accommodating and friendly. Everything we ate was excellent! Authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, well served. Loved the octopus! Ambience is cozy and they never rush you into anything. Beautifully located near the water. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, right beside the river AND they give you blanket so you can wrap up. Had their moussaka and it was honestly better than the ones we’ve had in Greece! The saganaki was perfectly crisp and the honey just wow wow! For the price point too and portions sizes, it’s so worth going for. Cannot wait to return to Switzerland just for this.

Great service and food , a bit price but rest is top notch.
Definitely the best greek restaurant in Lucerne and closer area. The staff were friendlyand the food came out quite fast. The wine options are mainly greek and pretty good.
If you have the cash definitely s recommend.

What a fantastic Greek experience! Chris, our server & the owner was nothing short of amazing. His energy, enthusiasm & love for food made our dinner a memorable one. We enjoyed many dishes, Greek beer & wine. The restaurant is well laid out, has beautiful decor & ambiance. We sat in the main dining room, Chris informed us on the history of the building. Truly a magical space. A must go when in Lucerne, you would experience a staple in the culinary scene when dining with Chris at restaurant Ammos.

We made a reservation in advance and requested an outdoor table. They saved us a table right by the water with an amazing view. The host was amazing and greeted us by name when we checked in. We started with spicy feta dip which was so good! We got the basil cocktail that was actually really good. My friend got seafood risotto and I got pork skewers. Both were great! This was one of our favorite restaurants in Switzerland. Highly recommend!

Amazing food, ambience and service, right on the river, makes it an amazing experience a summer early evening dinner, sipping white wine recommended by our man Waleed. Started with tzatziki, hummus and pita bread – amazing. Also has shrimp saganaki, Greek salad, lamb shank and chicken obelisk, everything great.

If you visit this restaurant, the magnificent outdoor view is an absolute must-see. I strongly advise reserving a table in advance to ensure you can dine outside. While the food quality is exceptional, expect to pay a premium. Despite the higher cost, the unparalleled view coupled with the delicious food makes it a worthwhile splurge. The staff were also excellent, offering great service, and it’s good to know they might ask for an optional tip.
