Very disappointing even with the correction. Order a cheese steak hero a few weeks back ordered around closing time. Requested extra cheese and no onions. Very specific confirmed no onions 3 times. Of course picked up the order got home filled with onions. Felt it was innocent mistake closing time everyone was in a rush. Called the next day to explain what happened they excepted responsibility took my information and said I would “be in the book” to just call when I was ready. Sadly I guess there is no book because when I called tonight and said I was in the book they had no idea what I was talking about blamed it on someone that conveniently stopped working there and would be the only person that new about me or the book. Just sad that even after they mess up the order they mess up fixing it too. Lost a customer that’s for sure. ☹️

New owners and not the same. Grandma pie used to be a full box (16 slices) and is now half that but same cost. Flavor wasn’t bad but missing the finishing garlic and crust was too thick and doughy. Also order two pepperoni pinwheels and ended up with two strombolis, not sure how that happened. It’s not Renzo’s so should change the name

12/10/25 I give out good reviews and bad reviews third time going back to pizzeria establishment that been same location before 1970s the pizza ,the staff ,the lunch deal so much better than out east where I needed to move to after being a long term resident of East Islip keep up good work with affordable food great that I found a to go to spot they put up with me Medford farmingvile stay away from pasta cuccina horse block Rd and Waverly Ave get a bad taste pockets become empty tio

Im gluten free and have been trying GF pizza’s searching for a tasty pie. Renzo’s is the first place I can say their GF pizza is 10/10 hands down the best GF pizza I’ve tasted. I also ordered a regular pie for the rest of my family and they LOVED IT! They just gained a new customer. We will surely be going back. Not to mention their customer service was exceptional!

Loved Renzos since I was a kid, hands down had the best plain and grandma slice. I was worried when I heard a new owner took over but was happy to see the staff remained. It seems recipes have changed a bit. Plain slice is still okay but not as good as previously. Grandma is very disappointing- the crust is totally different (a likely doughier) and there’s no basil or garlic chunks. Still tastes good but is different and not in a good way.
