The sesame chicken was grey and had a funny taste to it. My stomach has been upset for days. Crab Rangoon was awful. Worst Chinese food I’ve had in years.

This was my first and last time I will order. I generally don’t leave bad reviews but I feel the need. The fried rice was colored rice with a few bean sprouts maybe a little onion. The chicken in the sesame chicken was gray/brown color it was not good. Highly disappointed.

Ren’s garden is very good, I enjoy the sesame chicken and general tso chicken lunch special especially with the mixed vegetables, I enjoy the mushrooms here, they are tiny but they are full mushrooms and are very fun to eat, full of flavor.
The fried rice is not the best I’ve had but it’s still pretty good. The boneless spare ribs are very good, I would say the sweet and sour chicken is pretty good too. Very good price, fast delivery times. Been eating here for years.

Steamed dumplings:
the dough was very thick and gummy.
The meat inside was unflavored. It didn’t taste like pork or beef. I threw out most of this.
Fried chicken with Beef Fried rice:
The rice is super oily but not in a good way. It was more wet and moist than any fried rice I have ever had. The beef was weird. It has a gelatinous texture with some kind of breading on it. Terrible. Threw most of this out. The Fried Chicken was not bad. I ate most of the chicken.
Noodle Soup with shrimp:
This was decent. Nothing special but with a little hot oil, it tasted better.
So many better places. Joy house is where I normally go but they were closed on Mondays.

I got the shrimp and garlic sauce lunch special. The eggroll was mushy, as was the rice and the shrimp. How does shrimp get mushy? Of course, the veggies were fresh, but I request no veggies. They added the veggies to mask the fact that they only give you three shrimps. Needless to say, I ended up with food poisoning from the few spoonfuls I ate.

Best Chinese takeout in Long Branch hands down! The dishes from there are worth buying! $9 for a combo platter of Sesame Chicken and White Rice is a deal!! The Sesame Chicken itself is amazing! It’s cut in decent size pieces unlike a lot of places I would go to! The staff are very pleasant in this place! I found my new spot for good Chinese Food!
