Ordered dinner to go from Ren’s tonight… First off let me say YUM we ordered the pan fried chicken dumplings, beef with broccoli combination platter, chicken egg foo young combination platter (platters come with fried rice and spring roll), and Chinese donuts for dessert. Total was 34.66 which is not too shabby to have seconds left over, maybe even thirds. EVERYTHING WAS SOOO GOOD! So fresh. It was about a 50 minute wait but it was well worth it!

Delicious, fast, and affordable! So happy they’ve reopened under new owners. I ordered online, was told an approximate pickup time of 15 mins, arrived a few minutes early, and my food was hot and ready. I got the general taos tofu and it’s delicious. Extremely friendly at the counter as well!

Great food and service. My take out orders are always spot on. Friendly people. Highly recommend the Jalapeno Chicken. Not super spicy but the flavor of the peppers comes through.

Good Chinese food. Lots of choices. My issue I have with them is… why must you pay .75 for some little bit of egg in the fried rice. It’s should be included. That’s like saying you have to pay extra for the sweet in the sweet and sour. Not cool! But the food was good I must say.

The meal I had here was good, I would recommend it and will probably go back here and there. But sadly, I’ve lived in Sycamore for a long time and had the old Ren’s many times and this does not compare. The old store had its problems and they were aggressive a lot of the times lol but the food was amazing. Still recommend this place though

Just ordered tonight. Did not even come close to finishing my meal. Took 4 bites of low mein and threw it in the garbage. Zero taste/flavor and the noodles were soggy and wet. No taste in the entire dish. Crab Rangoon at the old establishment was a 9/10… New owners 5/10…. Only thing I liked was my egg roll which is literally impossible to make a bad one. Threw most of my food out and cooked a home run inn pizza. Beyond disappointed in the new ownership. Don’t try. Not very good.

New owners same name. Disregarding old reviews. I got Mongolian beef, chicken lo mein,sweet and sour chicken and vegetable rolls. All very good and would recommend again if looking for Chinese food.

Fast. Usually about 15 minutes if doing a phone order, although they have been busy so may vary. Great food and large portions. My go to Chinese for the area.
