Went in originally just for lunch for the first time. It was so good I had to go back and try there cannelloni it was amazing. The pizza crust was perfectly baked and the sauce had such a amazing flavor. I’ll definitely be back.

I stopped in here at the urging of my friend that used to live in Carlinville.
I’ll start with the bad. The prices were a little higher than I expected. $12 for a personal cheese pizza.
Now the good. It’s not a chain restaurant so you get the local charm.
The gal who waited on me was very pleasant and nice.
An expensive item is easier to “bite off and chew” when it’s quality. The pizza I got was good, and quality was obviously there.
The crust was seemingly fresh and hand rolled. It was not just a frozen crust. The flour was still present on the bottom of the crust where they had rolled out the dough preparing my pizza.

Francesca and her team were absolutely wonderful, super friendly people! Had a wonderful conversation with her as well. My buddy Alex and his wife have been raving about Reno’s for literal years, and the hype was real! I’ve not been to Italy, but my parents have and so has my wife, they said it brought them back to their trips to Italy when they tasted it. I was nothing but impressed by the heavenly slices I enjoyed. The sauce is tangy and delicious, everything tastes SO fresh. Can’t recommend them enough!!!

Mixed initial experience. Great final experience! Had wrong toppings that I’d ordered and I was mainly concerned if it was actually gluten free. I spoke to a young man who assured me yes, it was gluten free and how sorry he was. He apologized several times. He said if we’d return in 10 min, he’d have my correct pizza. He also included a 2 liter of pop. Thank you very much Reno’s!! And your gluten free pizza is absolutely delicious!!!!

Food is great they need a new manager. One with more customer service experience! I called to figure out why my pizza didn’t have toppings and the girl that I was talking to told me I could stop and let her talk when I was nice and everything asking why? Spent over $125 and now because of this interaction I don’t think I’ll be back.
