Family friendly bar it’s more like a cheers. So everybody knows everybody in which can be a good thing because everybody will look out for you and once they know you. One of the best establishments for karaoke with the hosts Nick Rick and the owner Stacy & Donnie.

While this bar may have a humble facade from the outside, step indoors and you’ll find the kind of heart and spirit you would expect from an old fashioned gathering spot. It’s such a friendly atmosphere…the staff are so patient and kind, and the people I’ve met there are fun and amicable. The food is good, especially the burgers. Karaoke nights (hosted by Stacy, Nick, and Rick depending on the night) are a blast…whether someone is a regular or a first-timer the whole bar is supportive and gracious. Rene’s is a terrific destination if you want to feel comfortable, have some fun, and create new memories!

Used to live a mile from this place and visit frequently. I have moved 2 hours away now but always make sure I pop in when I’m in the area. Rene’s food, drinks, and staff never disappoint!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I don’t write reviews but this bar is very Racist. Not African American friendly at all. Rachel and another shorter Caucasian lady wanna say her name is Amy but not sure are very disrespectful and judgmental. I usually leave great tips because I’m a business owner and they both made me feel very low. My spirits were down when interacting with them. Just terrible.

The building seems small, the parking lot IS small but somehow this place packs a lot of people in. The server’s have their routine down pretty solid, even when it’s packed they do get around frequently. Karaoke night is a handful, if you want a low key evening it’s probably best to look elsewhere because it gets pretty intense. They do have a pool table which is good for a casual game but if you’re a serious player it’s rougher than most bar tables.

This is a great neighborhood bar. It’s good to come here on a Saturday night. A very friendly crowd and the wait staff are fun. I don’t know if I should give a dive five stars but it’s such a cozy place for drinks. There’s plenty of TVs for the games. Karaoke here on Saturday night and people like to sing. I haven’t had any of the food here. Parking lot is small so you may have to park across the street. Fortunately, I can walk to Rene’s.

Waitresses need to do their job instead of singing karaoke, getting drunk and sitting down talking to guests. I had to go up and get 4 drinks on my own. Then they expect high end tips. Do your job !!! Also, the place smells of smoke and weed.
