First time customer. Ordered online for delivery 3 minutes away – Website was easy to use but Paid $4.75 total in fees (delivery and convenience) and then asked to tip, so I did. Would opt for pick up if you hate fees. Ordered a regular cheese pizza and cheese fries. Our pizza had hardly any sauce on it at all, might as well have ordered a white pizza. It wasn’t bad, but not my preference. I’ve never ordered cheese fries and received anything but a melted cheese sauce, so I was shocked to receive melted shredded cheese on top of fries. Again, not bad.. Just not for us!

First time ordering, I ordered a chicken Parm sandwich with fries, the chicken Parm is so burnt. I can’t eat it, threw entire sandwich in trash!

Probably the best pizza shop in the area, but lately, they have not been adhering to their promised times for pick up or delivery (by about 30 minutes or more each time) and it’s very disappointing. Unfortunately, even though this is my go-to shop, this will be the last time I order from there.
Edited to add: the last two times I ordered from there were Friday nights but most of the time I order during the week. I’ve ordered from Renato’s more than two times, so to say I only order on Fridays is an exaggeration. Regardless – adjust your promised times if you know that Fridays are your busiest days of the week instead of blaming your customers for when they order (especially when it’s by a difference of ~30 minutes). And when my food arrived, it wasn’t even warm.

I’ve known Renato for many years from his great work in other kitchens in Glenside and am very excited he opened his own local shop in the neighborhood — the place looks great, the menu has classic pizzeria items as well as some unique takes. We tried the Chicken Delight pizza as well as the cheese fries — both hit the spot as I knew they would. This is a shop where the owner is the chef, so you know the food will be prepared with more care than some establishments and they will be always trying to improve. Can’t wait to try the other pizzas and menu items! This is a great addition to the neighborhood!

Looked this place up needing a quick slice or 2 on 9/18/25, and Google maps indicated that they sold slices. I went in about 12:15, and there was no sign of slices, but there was a display where they likely were once offered. That’s not their fault if Google got it wrong. I was not able to confirm however because the man behind the counter was nearer to the kitchen with his back turned to the door, and so preoccupied with his phone that he never even noticed me come. I stood there for a minute or so before giving up and leaving. Hope you guys do better in the future.

They sold out of Pizza Crumb-bum place. I’ll stick with Joe’s in Hatboro. Whoever reads this, trust me: buy from Joe’s, and you will not be disappointed.

Got delivery, and while the Slice App got the timing wrong, the order was great. Carrying my pizza and salad up in the elevator, the items were so heavy my arms got tired! Great Sausage Cacciatore Sicilian (w/ Black Olives) and Renato special salad. Highly recommended.

Have only eaten at Renato’s once so far. Ordered a sausage cacciatore pizza, Italian hoagie and potato skins for takeout. Pizza was good. Hoagie was just OK. It was a little lean on meat and the roll wasn’t as fresh as could be. Potato skins are nothing special. Would not order them again. We will probably go back to try a different pizza. Will update this review if there is any improvement.
