I think everyone would agree that Murphy’s can accurately be labeled a true dive bar. With that said the only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the kitchen was closed Wednesday late afternoon. The bartender mentioned that is due to the lack of personnel willing to work. I still had fun and will definitely be back for their strong drinks and good crowd.

Tucked off Olive and Fee Fee, this little neighborhood bar has a casual, comfortable feel with good drink specials and daily food specials. While the menu is pretty standard, my steak sandwich was really tasty. The staff were pleasant and the food was hot and quick. Overall, it’s ideal for what it is — a good, friendly neighborhood bar and grill! Thumbs up guys.

Nice people, went for Trivia Night with friends. They check on you for drinks, but food had stopped by the time I arrived and had to go next door. Gave it 2 stars as I cannot stand smoke, it bothers my breathing and eyes. People were nice, just the smoke was a shocker. No clue.

I was going to eat dinner here, but when I walked in everyone at the bar was smoking. I didn’t realize smoking was still allowed at some establishments. With all the smoke in the air I lost my appetite.
Small town pub feel. Seemed homey and like everyone knew everyone. Not a negative….it was kind of nice to watch everyone interact.

I believe all the guests were incredibly Intoxicated and I can never step foot in here again because I had to take three or more showers from the beer that was most likely given away for free and the smoking In the bar yes I smoke but I at least shower wash my hands and use deodorant I was in there minding my own business and people kept talking to me that I didn’t know I’m fine with not coming back here and you should respect people’s privacy more when they were just taking a seat to try to relax and watch a game I get its a bar but when I’m at other ones I don’t talk to people who just tried to do what they normally do if I was working I would of had to miss a week of work from all the smoke so this means I have to find another place to go

WOW!! This place has really upgraded their food menu. Just had some of the best Corned beef, cabbage, and red potatoes in memory. All scratch made. They are introducing a new menu with many new options that are in-house made. Some of the best “fat” hot wings I’ve tasted. Real chicken tenders made using fresh chicken breasts. In-House made onion rings with a killer batter. Yes, this is a smoking environment. So it’s not for everyone. But, if you like a sports bar environment, with upscale food and great service, at very reasonable prices, give it a try.

Our first time here and we will come back. Looked for something different after a doctor appointment. Try the turkey Ribs so good and tender. The smoked wings were spot on. The sweet & smoky sauce was perfect. The fried chicken sandwich was a huge breast. The breading was flaky and fresh. Delicious!!!!! Give them a try!!!!
