We saw a sign from the road for this place and decided to check it out. The entrance is really cool and looks like a door too a mine. The hall is really cool and looks like a mine shaft.This is definitely not a fancy establishment. So if that’s what your expectations are it’s not the place for you. The prices are amazing. You won’t find cheaper drinks anywhere else in town. We ordered a beer and mixed drink and it was around $8. We also stumbled upon some locals that are known to frequent this establishment. I will leave it at that. If you give it a visit you will understand.Wonderful experience really cool place. The bar tender had dreads almost down to his feet. Very attentive & nice fellow to converse with. Definitely recommend stopping in for a drink. Next time we are in Gettysburg we will be stopping back in. Very diverse crowd never know who you might meet in here.

Perfect dive bar. Absolutely can’t beat the prices. Where else can you get 2 fireball shots and 2 higher priced beers for $17! If you go in expecting anything else, you won’t enjoy it.

The bar is as authentic as it gets. Don’t get me wrong, this bar is definitely not for everyone. During the inter months there is a wood burning fire .place crackling in the background of your conversation and the smoke permeates the bar and sets the tone for this unique spot. There beer is cold and there is a wide variety of craft beers to choose. The bartender is happy to strike up a conversation and offer suggestions for other local spots. I will definitely be back again.
