Found this place on our way home, and decided to give it a try. Plenty of onsite parking available. Interior was clean with classic Asian decor. Table and booth seating. Our server was extremely nice and welcoming. We ordered the fried dumplings, an order of crab rangoon, combination fried rice, bean curd family style, and the steak kew. Everything arrived temperature hot and in a timely manner. Presentation was spot-on. For us personally, all of the main entrees were bland for our tastes. It could’ve been what we ordered or the area demographic itself, but for us the appetizers were the highlight of our meal. Overall, I’d give it a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In town to visit family and had to return to one of my all-time favorite Chinese restaurants. This family-owned business is doing a great job and knocking it out of the park had the lunch plate sweet and sour chicken and fried rice wonton soup and an egg roll absolutely fantastic. Love the relish and hot mustard on the table for the egg roll 🙂

I haven’t been to Paducah in a decade, but grew up nearby. I was so happy to see Chong’s was still going strong. Food was excellent, my favorite is always the lemon chicken. It’s a small thing, but the fact that they separate the chicken and sauce so it doesn’t get soggy is enough for a 5 star from me. I’ve had soggy chicken from soooo many spots around the US and really appreciate this extra effort for packing to go containers.

It has been a while since we have been to Chong’s since we usually go out of town for Chinese food. However, we were craving it and went for dinner. There were lots of people in and out picking up to-go orders, but it wasn’t very busy for a Friday night at 7pm. We got the crab rangoon, Lemon chicken, and general tso’s chicken. It seems like it was all a bit different than we remember it, but then again we haven’t been in years. It was definitely more food than either of us could eat. We will continue to go out of town for Chinese food, but will definitely come back if there is a spare of the moment Chinese food craving happening!

Stopped on our way back to Tennessee. Food was delicious and the waitress was great. So sweet and friendly to our 2 and 4 year olds. All the staff was very friendly and good to the little guys, who have a hard time being good through a whole meal.

Food was good but not great. It was pretty noisy. The buffet had plates at both ends, so there was not a good flow of the line. Kept getting in each other’s. In one of the dining rooms there were hundreds of boxes stacked in the corner. Which was a fire hazard. Bathroom was very dirty. We won’t be going back.

Great service. Food came out pretty fast. The won ton soup was homemade in house and good! The pressed duck.was fairly good, but a little dry for me. The fried rice was really good. Sweet and sour pork and the breaded shrimp were good. I love the batter on the shrimp, but it was a bit too much! Still tasted great however! Some of the other beef dishes were pretty good. The 3 different ones we had, I couldnt really tell them apart much. But they still were good! All in all this is a pretty good restaurant. Its probably the best chinese in the area. Service came with a smile. Everyone was polite. There was no wait at all for a table, we were a party of 5! Bill was $106 without the tip. So pretty reasonable on proces. Plenty of parking as well. I would definately recomend you all to try this place if you haven’t and support local business. I will visit again sometime in the future!
