Hands down my favorite brunch spot in Asheville. My mom and I visit Regina’s every few months whenever she comes to visit since she lives 2 hours away. We decided we wanted to celebrate our birthdays there because we love it there so much.
A few weeks before hand I inquired over social media what specials they would have in February. To my surprise they responded saying they’ll make us something special. I gave the person some ideas of what we’d like. Regina’s said they’d take care of us. The evening before our reservation they messaged me and told me what they made and how much it’d be on our bill.
The next morning we went to brunch and the team at Regina’s was phenomenal at accommodating both a party size change and my mom on crutches. Our server Zach was phenomenal at helping us and telling us about the morning specials. My mom got the fish and grits that morning that Zach told us about and she loved it. I met Catherine, Chef and Co-owner of Regina’s. She explained she was the one I was speaking to online and helped get things going for the surprise for my mom.
Towards the end of the meal Catherine brought out the cake which was made from one of their chefs Ella who is branching out to do her own cake business. It was truly the best red velvet cake we’d ever had. Huge shout-out to Catherine, Zach, and the team at Regina’s for making our birthday brunch so special and feeding us so well. I always recommend them when people ask for brunch spots in town.

The place is absolutely fantastic. I cant believe It took me so long to come here. The grits were so good. The fried chicken was juicy and succulent. I would go back tomorrow. Its such a cute place. Definitely felt comfortable sitting in there. I have to go back and try the pie.

Truly amazing dining experience.
Had a good sampling of the menu: cod schnitzel, half chicken, ravioli, chicken and waffles, collard greens and Mac and cheese.
Everything had a remarkable depth of flavor. The kitchen is serving up classic comforts with just a little something extra.
Service was great as well, with our server demonstrating knowledge and familiarity with the menu. Friendly and helpful through and through.

In this unassuming building in West Nashville lies a truly fantastic restaurant! Virginia’s west side has been talked about for months by locals, and now I see why. I had the hanger steak with two fried eggs and Parmesan truffled fries. My friend had the panko encrusted cod. Both were delicious!

Hands down the best spot in town for brunch. The bloody marys have enough horseradish to bring you back to life after an all night bender. Every dish I’ve had each time I come back has been fantastic. And finishing with a slice of pie takes it to a heavenly level.

It sounded good. Looked good but the taste terrible. Smash was over cooked dry and way too many pickles and I hate american fake cheese. Just had a smash burger in Greenville at a Bistro and it was awesome. Juicy thick with perfect condiments. I had hoped this place would be to my liking but not the case.

Very aesthetic! They were out of a good portion of the menu when visiting. Prices were high. Best dish we tried was the focaccia! We got two entrées, a starter and a dessert as well as two drinks. I felt bad for my partner taking me out on a date here and venmoed for half! Value isn’t there for us… Vision is BEAUTIFUL.
May return for breakfast as that’s what I think they may specialize in – but dinner is a no go

Stop everything and don’t go anywhere else but HERE for really amazing breakfast lunch or dinner. Not only is the food made by a magical chef witch, but the service is outstanding and has that awesome Asheville local vibe.
Is there a 6 star option?

Old school diner experience with new school-ish menu options. Great list of cocktails. Coffee is just filter coffee just as a diner would, there is no fancy stuff here, don’t expect lattes and espressos. The shakshouka was yummy, but…The hands down winner was the fried chicken sandwich! Closely followed by the sausage egg biscuit sandwich. We were a large group of 10 people, and they handled us very well. Prices are reasonable and comparable to a similar city. The atmosphere can be made more comfortable. It was really cold in there, we were sitting in our coats and eating. Nice pit stop if you are looking for a very hearty brunch.

Comfortable, wonderfully friendly atmosphere. The building is split into two dining areas plus a large patio area in the back. Plenty of parking. We enjoyed a diverse range of tasty brunch dishes – pea fritters, shakshuka, and a perfect mushroom toast. The coffee is strong and plenty, we also enjoyed a mimosa and bloody Marys (with alcohol and virgin). On our way out we couldn’t resist getting some (mouthwateringly good) carrot cake and a few loaves of sourdough and focaccia (provided by a local micro bakery). They thoughtfully packaged everything up for safe, non-crushing travel. This place is not only worth a visit, but repeat return meals!
