I was very disappointed yesterday. The only reason I ate the food was because I was very hungry. The two cashiers did not speak enough English to understand how I wanted my food prepared, and seemed to be rushing me and my kids as if they had better things to do. Also they appeared to have racial tendencies. To the owners….. I want yall to succeed in this business but you will loose alot of customers when your staff are not ready to serve the public of all races and nationalities. I spent $70 to be treated with disrespect and my food was not made correctly. This is a place I come to 3-4 times a month and spend about the same every time. Please have the original cook train the others his way only please. . And to the cashier that knows my order thank you for being down to earth. Im sorry but if I was the boss those ladies from 3/8/26, would need to find a job with/where they are comfortable and a place that allows them to be lazy.

I’ve been here multiple times and have not been disappointed yet. Their sauce and seasoning options are really good. Both the crawfish and snow crab clusters (sorry about the crappy pic but we were hungry!) were fresh, cooked just right and so yummy! I get the garlic butter & Cajun style sauce made spicy. Now have I felt sometimes the weight doesn’t match what I ordered…maybe.
Their pho options are also really good and you can adjust heat as you’d like (pictured is the Cajun pho). The awesome garlic noodles are garlicky and the beignets (though heavy on the powdered sugar) are delicious. Was not too impressed with the crawfish empanadas (I felt like they lacked seasoning).
Staff are nice. TV monitors with different channels playing. Decent seating.

I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience at La Crawfish. I had higher expectations based on how they advertise their food, but it did not live up to it at all.
First off, they advertise catfish, but what I received was clearly tilapia. That’s very misleading. If you’re going to serve tilapia, just say that. Don’t market it as catfish and give customers something completely different. It makes you question what else isn’t accurate on the menu.
The customer service was also horrible. The staff seemed uninterested and not welcoming at all. On top of that, they didn’t put napkins, ketchup, or any utensils in the bag. I had to go out of my way to find something to eat with. That’s basic stuff that should automatically come with an order, especially when you’re serving fried food and combo meals.
Speaking of the combo, it does NOT come with a drink, which is crazy to me. Most places include a drink when you order a combo, but here you have to pay extra. It honestly feels like they’re cheaping out on everything.
The seasoned fries weren’t even seasoned. They were bland and tasted like plain fries with maybe a sprinkle of salt. The overall food quality just wasn’t good. The fish was underwhelming, the fries were disappointing, and nothing about the meal stood out in a positive way.
What made it worse is that I wanted to return the food because I wasn’t satisfied, but they told me they don’t do refunds and that I would need to dispute it with my bank. That’s extremely unprofessional. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or offer some kind of solution, they basically pushed the problem off on me.
Overall, I’d rate my experience a 0/10. Between the misleading advertising, poor customer service, missing basic items in the bag, refusal to offer a refund, and low-quality food, I won’t be returning. Definitely not worth the money.

Ordered the Calamari basket with seasoned fries and a Dos Equis. The calamari was not bad. It was crispy with decent sized squid pieces. Fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
They gave us generous amounts of lemons and ketchup, though I wish there more sauce options for the calamari.

I’ve been ordering from this location for about a year. lately I’ve noticed the fried crawfish taste like it’s cooked in old grease. This is not just my opinion, but several family members. One family member will not eat it because it upset his stomach. Please, I love your menu, your prices and your variety. Please update your grease on a daily basis.

This place always screws me when I try to give them a chance. Don’t order the Crawfish Pho… these people will only give to you 10 tiny tails and call it a serving. Manager Wouldn’t even talk to me… again.. I blame myself for keep giving them a chance smh

Came here for the first time. Fried shrimp was a bit hard and oysters seemed to be fried in old grease. I also didn’t like how my order with shrimp came out separately. However my kids crawfish and sweat and spicy wings were good.
