We had dinner at Regina’s Pizza and it was absolutely worth it. There was a line outside for about 15–20 minutes, but once we got in, we completely understood why — the place is fantastic.
The atmosphere is very original and full of character, which makes the experience even more special. The staff were super friendly and attentive from the moment we sat down.
They also offer vegetarian options, which we really appreciated. And as a bonus, most of the cheeses they use are pasteurized, which makes it a safe option during pregnancy — something that gave us extra peace of mind.
The quality of the food was outstanding. Honestly, one of the best pizzas we’ve ever had. We left very happy and would definitely come back!

Great, chaotic environment – small place with a small bar, not much seating and always a line out the door to get in. It’s been there a long time and both locals and tourists love it.
I waited in line outside for only about 15 minutes on a Monday night when it was 15 degrees. Be prepared! I got the single seat in the corner right by the end of the bar, but the server was on top of things and she was fast, friendly and attentive.
Nice menu, fair prices… at the end of it all the pizza was… good. High expectations… the sauce was good, cheese seemed fresh and the crust was above average. Toppings were generous- there was a ton of meat on the meat lovers pizza.
A good pizza, 4 out of 5.

The food is incredible, best pizza I’ve ever tried. It came out piping hot, and was an experience to eat. Cozy little place, you know you’re onto something special the minute you walk through the door.

Definitely a local favorite and a popular place for tourists to stop by for a delicious slice of pizza. Lines are inevitable, but move fairly quickly for dine-in. If you want it to-go, head to the right of the bar and order. Not sure if there are limitations to what you can order though. The place is booming with people and it’s quite lively and has a great atmosphere. They’re about to celebrate 100 years! I tried the cheese, pepperoni and giambotta paired with a nice glass of Peroni. The crust is thin and crispy, the amount of their special sauce is perfect. Most of us got a variation of this with someone getting a Margherita and loved it too. A 10″ is more than enough for one person, or you can split with it another if you’re not so hungry. Price point is fair and they give you paper plates and plastic cutlery- casual but amazing vibes. Best Pizza in town! Must try!!

Great spot for pizza and beer when visiting Boston. Ordered a Sam Adams Juicy along with a small Margherita Pizza. Much like the positive reviews, Pizza was delicious with very little flop. Pam my bartender / server was great. A nice stop along my tour of Boston.

Well worth the wait, even on a snowy winter day. Regina’s is a spot admired by locals and travelers alike. They provide outdoor heaters for those willing to brave the cold. Once inside, you get the full Boston experience. Think small well loved space, lots of people looking to watch a good sporting event on their many plasma TV screens. A great spot to play eye spy with the walls covered in different badges to highlight the lengths people have traveled to make it to this destination. Best advice – bring a heart of compassion and an empty belly.

Lively atmosphere, friendly service, delicious pizza loaded with flavor and not oily at all. The sauce is amazing. This is a must try if you are in the area. Com early, it gets crowded fast.
Make sure to try the seasoned oil on the table to dip the pizza crust. So flavorful!

To say this place is bustling is an understatement. We were there when Little Italy was celebrating the something or other of St. Joseph and the entire area was cordoned off for the weekend long event. The streets were filled with vendors and activities. It looked like a great time. I don’t know if this was the reason for super long line at Regina, but nonetheless, there was one.
The pizza was pretty good for an east coast pie. Can’t hold a candle to Chicago pizza, tavern style, or deep dish, but it was tasty. Even though the place was nuts, our server was fantastic. Their assembly line of cranking out pizzas was pretty impressive. We sat right next to the kitchen. The walls are covered with (gotta be) thousands of police uniform shoulder patches from all over the country. I kid you not, the first one that caught my eye across the room turned out to be from the Lake County Sheriff in Illinois, right where I live. What are the chances?

The pizza here is great. This place stays busy so it can be a little hard to get a seat at times. Its worth the wait.

This is the place for pizza, a little off the path from the freedom trail but worth the extra walk. Was busy when we went but only waited about 10mins. The service was fast and the pizza was amazing. The pictures of famous people on the wall is fun to look at while you wait for your pie, I will definitely be back when I can. Best pizza in Little Italy.
