I have been a loyal customer of Regina’s for many years. Every Sunday, I take my grandchildren to the mall, and one of the highlights of our visit is stopping for pizza. We have always enjoyed both the food and the service, which is why this past Sunday, February 22nd, was so disappointing.

When we approached the counter, there was a very long line, as many customers were ordering cheese slices. I understand that this can create some delays, and I am always patient in those situations. At the front, there was a tall young man with curly hair and a shorter young woman with purple hair working the counter.

When it was finally our turn, the young man politely took my order: two cheese slices and two apple juices. There was one older slice sitting at the counter, but he kindly informed me that there was a fresh pie in the oven and offered to let us wait a few minutes so we could have two hot, fresh slices instead. I very much appreciated his thoughtfulness and professionalism. It is rare these days to see a young employee take that kind of pride in serving customers properly.

Unfortunately, the young woman working beside him behaved in a manner that was completely unacceptable. She raised her voice and told him to use the older slice instead. I then overheard her speaking sharply to another customer, telling him to “finish the tip,” and she was using inappropriate language. When yet another customer asked for cheese slices, she responded in the same rude and confrontational way. She appeared to be yelling not only at customers but also at her fellow employees.

In all my years of visiting Regina’s, I have never witnessed such poor customer service. The young man conducted himself respectfully and with good manners, but the young woman’s behavior reflected very poorly on the establishment. Management should address this matter promptly and ensure that proper customer service standards are upheld. Regrettably, unless this is corrected, I will reconsider bringing my grandchildren back in the future.

I ordered the cheese pizza, and while the char on the crust was very good, the taste didn’t feel fresh. When they first served it to me, it was already cool on the plate, so they had to reheat it. That might have affected the flavor. Maybe ordering one fresh out of the oven would have been the better way to go

Have always loved Regina and Polcari’s. I’ve gotten from the one at the Burlington Mall for years and never had an issue. My wife and I ordered 2 pizzas last night – Meatball Pomodoro Fresco and Spinaci, Broccoli E Pomodoro and both were terrible. They were covered in excess flower and the crust was extremely doughy and severely undercooked. While there were a lot of toppings on each they were flavorless and seemed to be lacking in sauce and cheese. The cheese that was there congealed almost
immediately. We never post negative reviews but couldn’t find a single redeeming quality especially when each pizza cost $25+, so factoring in delivery we spent over $60 and threw the rest away. With so many other pizza options nearby we’ll likely think twice before ordering Regina again which is a shame.

I have been a customer of this establishment since forever. Today I ordered pizza for my daughters birthday, it was over cooked/burnt. Thats not even the worst part, the 2 girls working the counter were too busy texting on their phones to even notice I was at the register. If you own this establishment, or are a manager, this was Sat, Oct 25 at 4pm. You should perhaps hire better help or correct the poor counter skills.

The tall and big young guy who is working today 10/28/2025 at 3:15 pm, looks like he is having a bad day today. Not only did he burnt ours slices, but also staked the plates on one another, so part of my cheese stuck on the bottom of the upper plate, a complete mess. Even when we tipped him. I recommend the owner to train him about how to offer a good costumer service.

One of the worst pizza’s I’ve ever had. Waited 35 minutes to get a pizza that was greasy, flavorless, and undercooked but burnt on the bottom. Will never get pizza here again. Shame on corporate for never responding back to me. Don’t waste your money here!

Trash. Kid/guy behind the counter was a jerk. No personality. This Regina does not show what Regina is. Stick to going to thatcher st in Boston. The only Regina. TRASH pizza as well. Tasted like re heated papa Gino’s.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Service was slow and staff was extremely rude. I had the artichoke and black olive slice it to soggy and doughy to eat ended up eating just the toppings and cheese. Definitely will not be back

Tried a slice of pizza here in the Burlington mall, disappointed with the taste and lack of flavor and seasoning on pizza. Ordered a slice of veggie pizza, which made a while ago but they served it by reheating. Crust was not bad because it’s crispy and well fermented, however it lacked seasoning and tasted like bland dough. Didn’t even taste the marinara tomato sauce on pizza. Not sure if the fresh made whole pizza tastes similar, but not satisfied with the slice pizza order.

My grandfather from Sicily would eat no other pizza. I share his love for Regina’s:/Pocaris. They were not located at the Burlington Mall in his day. He went straight to Boston. I love the fact there is one located so close to me. They have a great rewards program now which is always helpful. The employees are always kind to me and make sure the pizza is made with love just how my grandfather liked it. ♥️
