The staff are disgustingly rude. Ever time I have ever came to this location it is never open but it says open on the website. My brother also told me that when he was able to actually get food from this place it made him incredibly sick with food poisoning. Do not go to this restaurant.

Its been a really really long time since I had Jamaican food that made me want to rate it. This place is really, really good. I had the curry goat and the minute I opened up my box I knew it was going to be on point. I haven’t had the beef patties yet but I’ll be coming back soon !!

Ordered delivery, so I can’t speak on the dine-in experience, but I’ll definitely be ordering from here again. I tried their jerk chicken with rice combo, and the chicken had an authentic smoky jerk flavor though I do wish it had been a little less dry. The rice and peas were okay; not a ton of flavor and not many peas, but still acceptable. It came with a side of jerk sauce, which I appreciated for boosting the flavor.
I also had their jerk wings, which were very good, though a bit less traditional than the smoked chicken. They seemed more like wings tossed in sauce after cooking rather than smoked jerk wings.
Overall, solid food and worth a repeat order.

I see a couple of reviews on here about staff rudeness, but honestly I walked in and greeted them and they were nice. They got my order right away. I maybe waited like 5 minutes in total (ordering and getting it out). Just don’t stand there like a zombie waiting to be attended to… As a Dominican and fellow Caribbean person, the food was delicious. Some Dominicans also add the bigger beans in our rice and peas (Moro de guandules), but that’s like a niche Caribbean thing. LOVE THAT. That’s how I know it’s authentic. I got jerk chicken with rice and peas, sweet plantain and cabbage, and I got a beef patty with coco bread for my son. The chicken was cooked well and was juicy and the rice and peas wasn’t mushy or overly dry. I didn’t even take a picture because it looked so good I just started eating once I got home. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants ACTUAL Jamaican food. It tastes like someone aunty made it after school or something.

Amazing Jamaican dishes. Food was not too spicy and with the right amount of heat. Prices are reasonable. I will definitely come back when in town from North Carolina.

I’m giving Reggae Kitchen two stars because the service absolutely sucks in this place! I’ve been going here for years, supporting my classmates family’s business. The food used to be excellent but now it’s just ok. I’m not the only local who talks about the attitude of the staff here. They are very rude, and unpleasant. I snapped today but was wrong? I am choosing to spend my hard earned money with your business. You could at least smile and say someone will be with you shortly. Greet the customers at least don’t just sit down on the phone with your back turned to the customer for more than 3 minutes. Then the bullfrog asked me did i order yet. I don’t know how my uncle eats here on a daily/weekly basis.

Extremely slow ! Doesn’t have any communication with their customers . I was there as DoorDash pick up only to arrive and be asked to call their customer. All vendors are provided a device such a tablet by DoorDash so they get in touch with their customer if something happens or are out of an item which was the case today . it took me 40 minutes to get this order
