Ordered a pizza and waited for well over an hour. Tracker said it was on the way at 6:28. Called store and waited for 45 minutes for an answer. Was then told our pizza order had not yet been started and they did not have the toppings we ordered.

Some lady took our order, the staff remade the order no questions asked and gave us a free item. Mind you this was 6pm on a Saturday, they were absolutely slammed but they still maintained a friendly demeanor and prioritized our order. Also I included a lil fit pic in this review for da fans.

Warm pizza extreme grease dripping from the bottom of boxes
Pizza 1 did not even get cut a meatlovers pepperoni, and looked like ground beef 1 small piece of Canadian bacon on it, no corrugated cardboard in the bottom grease dripping out of the outer bottom I mean it was really dripping
Pizza 2 was cut a supreme. I think Bell peppers, mushrooms, and onions have lots of black olives, and i think ground pieces of beef may be, all in the middle. No problem other than this box was also dripping grease
Both pizzas tasted like old wet cardboard smells..
I haven’t eaten Domino’s in a couple of years, and if I can remember, I’ll never order it again

Hours posted say you are open until midnight. We placed an order at 10p online, got charged on my credit card and when we got to the store at 1015 the store was closed with no employees to fulfill orders… us as well as 3 other guests had this exact same experience

Got the order completely wrong. Probably my fault for not checking the boxes before I left. I guess I assumed you could make a pizza correctly.
Edit 2/20/26: came back into town visiting family over a year later. They decided they wanted domino’s for dinner. Figured I’d give this place another chance and thought maybe my first poor experience was a one-off.
Nope.
Ordered two stuffed crust pizzas and two 16-bites as part of a coupon on the app. Gave it a good while and then came to the store, and it was listed as ready on their screen….
They had no idea where my food was and apparently never even started making it. They started making it once I informed them that the name on their order screen labeled [my name] was in fact me, I did exist, and yes, your eyes aren’t deceiving you.
They just told me to sit and wait for another 15 minutes while they STARTED the order. No offer of a discount for the incompetence and making me wait longer.
I’m not interested in spending longer in your store due to incompetence and laziness on your staff’s part. I’m visiting family and would prefer to maximize my time with them before heading back out of town.
I was clearly wrong to assume my first poor experience was a fluke and now realize this store is poorly managed. Won’t be back.

I went today to ordered ONE pizza it took an hour to figure out if they have my pizza or not. At this point I only wanted my money back and they even gave me my money back missing 10$ I left. And the manger or whoever was in “charge” giving attitude like if it was my fault. No pizza, no money back, wasted 1 hour for nothing.

Very disappointed with Dominos – you’ve really skimped on the toppings. 3 pieces of a mushroom on my large pizza, barely any bacon or sausage and NO tomato sauce. Could only taste the crust and cheese. Tasted terrible. Cutting corners like this will only lose you customers from repeat business. Looking online now I see the poor reviews and low rating. You’ll need to do better to get business from our community.

The representative who took my order was working it in the back. He was really busting it out. First glance all looks great. Fork what we can see from the front all in the back looks ok. Nothing seems off. Not many people working. The one person who was working his tail off and took my order and another person. That person must had been on break. This person was sitting outside the establishment smoking a cigarette. Yes, you could smell it and you could smell it as you walk down to the Japanese restaurant. Not sure if this person washed their hands once they came back in either. Once they went to the back there was not much I could see. No gloves when preparing the food. However, the gentleman preparing food seems to wash his hands often. Of course no dining tables but there are two chairs and a little edge table. Also a bench for those waiting.

Saw lots of bad reviews, but love dominos from back home, so gave it a try. Picked up my order at the store, ready exactly on time, and was perfectly made and cooked. Plenty of toppings and cheese. 3 guys working in the store were all friendly.

Zero Stars, if I could. Placed an online delivery order, credit card charged, received order # in email. About 15 minutes later, I check on status – “Order Canceled – Call Store.”
Called store, guy says “Oh yeah, I tried to call … no answer.” BS!
Then he says, “I haven’t had a delivery guy in 2 months.”
So, the website accepts delivery orders and charges credit cards, but THIS store does not deliver. A Domino’s that doesn’t deliver … you can’t make it up.
