The food is amazing! Service is great! The burgers are so juicy and you can tell they spend time and care about their food by the seasoning and meltiness of the this juicy burger. This place is a score for burger lovers.
The beef is high quality and burgers juicy. I got the pastrami in a double and ” in LOVE”! The jalapeno double smash was great and carries heat with it for sure (a bit more messy to eat).
Customer service is top notch and super friendly.
I would hand down, completely recommend this place if your a burger/ smash burger lover.
The ONLY reason they got a 4 star and not a 5 was purely because, the total and fries were just to salty…..like heavy handed crazy salt.
Atmosphere is outside so cold but it was sunny today. Clean, gravel lot with new and clean surroundings. Rite off the main road.

I’ve been to Reeners a few times and always been happy with the food and service but it’s even better lately. The new buns perfectly compliment the burger so I’m happy about that change. Food is always excellent and cooked right on the spot so it’s super fresh. The standard smash is great but I’ve started trying some of the specialty burgers and they definitely live up to the hype. Had the pastrami last night and loved it. The service is always friendly and they get the orders ready quick. It’s the best burger in Albany!! I saw some reviews about overly salty fries but I thought they were perfect. Maybe they listened to the reviews and adjusted.

Update – last burgers were not good, either they messed up our orders or changed how they make them. Both were spicy.. The peanut butter burger had no peanut butter taste. My smash burger with very oily and very spicy. It was never spicy before. Evrn the peanut butter burger was spicy. We didn’t finish either burger they were so bad.
Take down that stupid air thing the fan is so loud you can’t hear to place your order.

This is the definition of a Smash Burger. Bacon Smash burger was excellent. Take the Marinated onions on your burger, they were the highlight of mine. Don’t miss the happy hour special. 1400-1600 / 2-4 pm, free fries or excellent Tater tots and a drink with a Burger order. Can’t deals like this. Definitely recommended, definitely revisiting.

The smash burger was enormous and absolutely delicious. It was also a great value for how much food you get. Nice to know you can still find a decent deal these days! Places like this in Portland have lines all day long. For now I guess I’ve discovered a hidden gem, doubt it will take long for word to get out. Highly recommend!

It was the first time going and the gentleman taking my order looked unpleased that he had to take my order. No one else was there. I still tipped. Once I arrived home and before I unwrapped the chicken sandwich fully not even the first top half of the burger. I found a hair in the cheese!!! Absolutely disgusting! I couldn’t bring my self to eat the chicken sandwich and my husband his burger thinking the burger could possibly have a hair in it too

As someone who is on the road constantly in new towns for work and a lover of a good smash burger when I got to Albany I knew I had to stop by and give em a try. They did not disappoint. Have the peanut butter bacon and made it a double.. very good burger with fast and friendly service. Will definitely recommend and keep the Google file saved that way I can stop by again next time I’m in Albany.

Ok Reeners! Ok! Our lunch was so good and so affordable for the quality and quantity of food we got. I think I spent $18.50 and got a bigger than normal looking Cheesesteak Burger, a good sized Sweet Potato Fries, a can of Diet Pepsi and an extra side of sauce. My friend enjoyed her Bacon Burger as well. Great service too! We will be back!
