Cute outdoor seating only restaurant for BBQ, burgers, hot dogs, ect. Service was great but unfortunately food was good to eh. The ribs, loaded hot dog, hush puppies, fried okra, and sweet tea were fantastic. Also had nachos, wings, and pulled chicken which were iffy and hard to finish. Ended up chucking those. Reasonably priced for the island scene but be selective with your food choices.

Completely empty which we’re here end of October so that’s expected. The food was absolutely terrible. It’s not bbq. The baked beans are so runny it looks like they poured water into it. The meat was super watery too. Fries were either super soggy or so hard you could barely bite them.

Genuinely terrible. Ice cream was more like shaved ice and cream powder than real ice cream. The sprinkles tasted like dishwater and laundry pods. They had to prepare our food behind a curtain so I guess we wouldn’t see what they put in our food. Everything was mushy. Bread was soggy, the bbq was firm and cold. The tots were barely fried, they were more like stiff mashed potatoes. Please don’t go here.

I genuinely don’t know how this place is still open. The food was mediocre at best, but the ice cream tasted straight-up chemical—like freezer burn mixed with cleaning supplies. One bite and I was questioning my life choices. The texture was weirdly rubbery, the flavor was artificial in the worst way, and it left a nasty aftertaste that wouldn’t go away. Service was slow, vibes were off, and nothing felt fresh. Save your money and your taste buds—this place is a hard pass. ✌️

The food is fine, good but not blow your mind amazing. However, what really ticked me off was the serving portion for price paid. The pictured seafood platter cost $20 and came with 1 piece of catfish, 3 shrimp, and 3 oysters plus the 2 sides. Im willing to pay $10 extra bucks for more and better tasting food.

Loaded tots and loaded nachos. Both very good! Service was fine but they forgot about us and I had to go back up and ask. Not sure why they ask for a tip before providing service either, always seemed weird to me when places do that. Recommended though! No inside eating but a nice porch with tables and a couple weak noisy fans.

Best restaurant on the island. We loved the Shrimp Plate with potato salad. My son liked the pulled pork plate and we all loved the milk shakes. Service is fast and efficient. The owners are friendly and this is such a relaxing place to eat after a day at the beach or a nice meal before going out on the pier to watch the sunset. We had eaten here three years ago and we were ever happy to see it was still going strong. And don’t leave without trying the egg rolls!

Gonna start with most of what you see offered online is not available…like ice cream. This place was not much better than horrible. The person behind counter was rude and could careless that people were there. I ordered loaded tater tots and received a plate of undercooked greasy trash (as pictured!). No pride in what you do is reflected in the service and food.

Hands down the best shrimp po boy I’ve ever had. Everything was super fresh and the portions are generous, I couldn’t even fit all of my shrimp in my sandwich. Good amount of outdoor seating. The woman who took my order was very nice and courteous, even when she was juggling the lunch rush on her own. Don’t let a wait dissuade you, there’s a reason so many people show up to grab their lunch here. Will definitely visit again the next time I’m in town.
