My food was delicious and plentiful. I ordered the large Italian sub and it had so much meat on it and a nice soft loaf of Italian bread with all the toppings.It was so big. I could only eat a quarter of it at the restaurant. The bartenders were very nice and the people we met there were friendly. I will definitely go back.

I am giving this place a 5 star review only because I’ve been wanting to stop in here for years of traveling up and down rt 4 and I always saw this place open. I ate at Arby’s in Bucyrus and ate a French fry filled with mold. I needed whiskey and needed it bad. Here was my chance to hit this place. Unfortunately it was closed even though google said it was open. Zero stars to google unless this was an unexpected closure. I hope to see you soon Reedtown Tavern… hopefully under more favorable circumstances. Out of respect, I purged myself on the side of the road instead of the parking lot. Cheers.

It’s a great place they have really done a lot of improvements and worked hard to make it nice. The food is surprisingly delicious and good quality for such a rural country bar. Great crowd every time When there are people. Even when it is low key empty it’s still a great place to stop by and have a drink and bite to eat.

I give it 5 stars for the prime rib special on Saturday nights. We split a king cut (21 oz.), potatoes, salad, a beer, and iced tea for $31 and change! So good!

Dont be fooled by the outside. Fathers dsy prime rib dinner amazing, everything ordered was large amts, all homemade, family owned.
