Ordered a pizza tonight. I ordered a veggie extravaganza off the online menu. They charged my husband a full $5 more than the price stated on the menu and the pizza was undercooked. When telling me what was on the pizza the girl on the phone told me they were no longer using artichokes because their artichokes were ‘going bad’. The pizza showed up smothered in artichokes of debatable integrity. I wonder if she misunderstood me and added artichokes, that may explain the price difference. The rest of the vegetables were good quality and plenty and the dough would have been great if fully cooked. The pizza had very little cheese and was slightly undercooked where the top of the dough was still dough. This pizza would have been great if not for the artichokes and being slightly undercooked. I think they were busy.

Waited half an hour for a small pizza and sandwich. There was clearly new other orders, I saw my pizza sitting outside the oven for a good 20 minutes, Asked for it lightly done, was burnt. Also asked for light sauce, was NOT light sauce, and all of the toppings, including cheese was piled up in the middle. Probably won’t eat here again.

Usually food is good but the last 3 or 4 times I’ve called for delivery like this evening I was put on hold for 6 minutes the first time I called, same thing happened the second time to order more food. My pizza was cold, the meat tasted not done and there was a hair in my boneless chicken wings. Disappointed really used to like there food.

10/2013 Update: Recently, Red’s has made a change for the worse. The pizza doesn’t taste as good, and the Sin City tastes thrown together. Had to pull back my rating.

Wait was 20 for two small steak and cheeses. When we got them they were only a small sub roll cut in half and barley any peppers or mushrooms cheese was just thrown on top. For the price being 6 dollars for each of them I wouldn’t go back!

Really good sweet tai chile chicken tenders, really good pastrami sandwich. The chicken parmesian was kind of gross and grisly, but I’d still go back there cuz I like their menu options and their prices. Haven’t tried their pizza yet, but I have a feeling their cheeseburger subs are good.
