My husband has always told me that the food is pretty good and the owners are really nice and friendly. I finally got an opportunity to go there myself for lunch. I had the loose meat burger, and my husband had the frito pie and chili cheese hotdog. The total was just over $7. I will definitely stop by any time I’m in the area. The couple who owe the place were so sweet. They also have a tiny thrift store area inside as well. Definitely worth stopping by, not just for the food, but for the hospitality of the owners.

After 7 years of living in Vicksburg, MS I have never been to Red’s Hot Dog Stand until today. It was wonderful. The owners are so nice, the food is so simple and so good. It’s a wonderful little hole in the wall. Highly recommend if you’ve never been.
